The most beautiful area, a wonderful park in the area. The city center, everything is nearby. Russian concerts and productions are very common. I don't know Kyrgyz, alas, that's why we didn't go to local and national concerts.

Like it. Pathetic! Cozy, nice room and acoustics. The ticket price depends on the event. Good attendance. There is a sale of tickets by hand (if they are not available at the box office). Good accessibility (Chuisky Prospekt).
