This establishment was very upset, the service at the Tokyo House cafe leaves much to be desired. Slow service, unfriendly waiters. A small order had to be waited for 50 minutes, while none of the waiters warned in advance about the workload and a longer wait. Moreover, after an hour of waiting, we were informed that they would not be able to prepare part of the order.
The food that we still managed to try was more than mediocre, the ingredients were slightly different from those indicated on the menu, which was also very frustrating. Price/Quality-👎🏼
I do not advise you to visit this institution, you will be left in a bad mood 🥲

I decided to come in to eat rolls, but apparently you already have enough customers, because three waiters passed by me, pretending that I was not there, did not meet me, did not say hello, did not give me a menu, I looked at the waiters, stood, waited, walked back and forth, nothing changed. And at the same time, they met a woman in front of me and gave her a menu. Good luck with your customers 👍🏻
