(if representatives of Altel see this comment, please inform the head, you need at least one more manager, but the business center looks solid, the design is straight Business-centric.

I work here. It's not bad from the outside. The inside is so-so, to be honest. But the biggest problem is + these are non-opening windows. Many tenants make window panes themselves, but the profiles are metal and this is not a cheap pleasure. We have two blocks for rent - in one the heat is incredible, in the other the cold is the same.
