I used to come here when I was living in SPb. This salon had the charm of a classic hair salon, where majority of its clients are ages 40 and above. Four years later, I came back to have my hair done. Instead of the warm greeting I'm used to, I was greeted with distaste. The receptionist, who happens to be the owner (or manager, I'm not really sure), made me feel like I wasn't welcome at all. First few seconds inside this salon, I already wanted to leave. I was late for 10 minutes, but I don't think that's valid reason to act the way she did. She appears friendly to other tho. Next. The hairdresser actually did her job well. She was also communicating with me, making sure I'm OK. But for some reason, she seemed to be in a hurry, occasionally tugging at my hair, pulling my scalp a bit. But all in all, I liked her performance, hence the additional star. Not sure, maybe because I'm a foreigner that the receptionist acted like she did. I'll never know. Sadly, I won't be coming back to this salon anymore. Thanks for the memories tho.

Всем добрый день! Кто сомневается в услугах данного места, с уверенностью говорю вам не сомневайтесь ! Максимально грамотно подобрали мне уход для волос , все доступно объяснили и показали , а это очень важно для клиента ! К тому же, во время ожидания предложили чай/кофе. В общем 100/100!!!)
