I will start my review by saying that this clinic is located as inconveniently as possible, you have to look for a parking place a few kilometers away.Rudskaya A.G. was at the neurologist's appointment. My choice was made based on reviews about this doctor on the Internet (and completely in vain). Well, after the reception, I had a lot of impressions, unfortunately, extremely negative.The doctor behaved very arrogantly, it seemed that I did not come to her for an appointment, but to visit her, and at an extremely inconvenient time for her. The main task of the doctor was not to help me, but, apparently, to show his superiority over me as best as possible. The doctor in the clinic conducts a much better examination and consultation than this doctor. A very arrogant question was asked why I did not come to the appointment earlier (that's just because of such doctors and I do not want to seek help). No previous research was asked about. When asked to write out a referral for an MRI scan, the doctor began to count my money and in every possible way dissuade me from this procedure, although it is absolutely safe. After such an attitude, I will not contact your clinic anymore and I will advise everyone not to visit your clinic.

My husband came to the orthopedist of your center yesterday with the ultrasound results from LODE, where the recommendations for an MRI are written. I wanted to hear an opinion on my hand and finally the treatment based on the ultrasound results. He spent 2 minutes in the office, of course he was sent for an MRI scan without any recommendations for the treatment of a hematoma. Of course, they took 50 rubles for the consultation, without telling anything new.
They do not see anything shameful and incompetent in taking money for the work that another medical center did for them.

Unfortunately, a very unsuccessful experience of undergoing physiotherapy at the medical center "Tomography" on Revolutionary - twice during the treatment we had to cancel the procedures. For the first time, the office nurse apologized for the delay and asked if it was possible to reschedule. The second time, they simply accepted a patient who was 15 minutes late, without warning me in any way, who came to his booked time. This is disrespectful to the client, so I was forced to stop treatment at this center.

The site did not indicate that there would be a confirmation call, and the number was different, the iPhone just dropped an unfamiliar number, for personal reasons I could not answer the phone, I only saw it at 21:00, but that was it.

Hello, I advise you not to visit this institution. The first thing that confused me was that I was given a price of 120p when recording, then when I asked why a different price was indicated on the site, they told me that it was for an hour. They said I could take half an hour for 60 rubles. I took 60 rubles and they still charged me 80 rubles. And yes, I'm sorry that I was cheated on the amount.
The second point is that I came with a sprain and the neurologist gave me a dipression (I don't have it by the way) and said after you cure the dipression, everything will pass. + prescribed alternative medicine that has never worked and is not generally accepted (generally accepted by anyone). When asked to explain the appointment to me in simple words and why she decided on this particular method of treatment and how it is generally related to the shoulder, I was refused.

Upon a quick examination, he was diagnosed with Morton's Neuroma and ordered an ultrasound of the feet at your center, which I passed. It didn't make me feel any better. The diagnosis was made by another doctor, plantar fasciitis. And she prescribed treatment. How did a doctor with such experience not see this? I hope not everyone in your center is not so attentive. And I paid for it, and I didn't come for free.

Не удивительно, что рейтинг клиники болтается в районе 4. Пришел в первый раз (во второй, естественно, не приду), сразу же предупредили, что прием будет на 15 минут позже. Хорошо, сижу жду. Проходит 30 минут. На вопрос "почему не приглашают?", отвечают "доктор ещё не вышел из кабинета". Вы чё думаете, я не вижу, что он не вышел? В итоге, просидев 50 минут, оделся и вышел. На улице догоняет администратор и говорит, что у них сложный пациент. Это вообще не моя проблема: закладывайте больше времени на прием, нанимайте персонал, учитесь бизнес делать, в конце-концов. Причем могли бы предложить другой день или скидку, но администратор просто развернулась и вошла обратно в "клинику". Мда...

В 2018 году я делала в медцентре МРТ тазобедренных суставов. очень приветливых медперсонал приехали из маленького городского поселка, ехать 2 с половиной часа. после обследования нужно было приехать на следующий день за результатом, нам пошли на встречу и сделали сразу. Отдельно хочу сказать большое спасибо неврологу Ровдо Светлане Евгеньевне за хорошее отношение к пациенту, она приехала раньше , чтобы проконсультировать меня. Очень добросовестный и душевный врач, я к ней обращалась дважды за консультацией по тазобедренных суставов и по головных болях. Крепкого здоровья и всех благ всему персоналу медцентра.

Ужасный медцентр с ужасными врачами и ужасным ресепшеном. С терминалом работать не умеют, хамят, лишь бы деньги вытянуть. Возврат денежных средств производился полтора часа. Очень НЕ рекомендую!

Посетила сегодня этот мед.центр. Что сказать? Отзывы я пишу редко. Но тут захотелось написать. Очень приветливые девушки на ресепшн. Приехала раньше времени,пока ждала меня угостили вкусным кофе. Прохожу сейчас курс восстановления организма после ковид. Отличные процедуры. Особенно лазерное облучение крови. Всем рекомендую и сама буду продолжать посещать это чудесное место. А главное,внутри не чувствуется атмосферы медицинского заведения. Внутри очень крутой интерьер! 👍
