Then, when I sent examples of images that I would like to receive, they just didn't even look at them for 1.5 weeks . I call them a day before the appointed date (I couldn't get through again for a very long time), to clarify if everything is in force. My record is confirmed . I arrive at the salon, the recording was at 9:00 a.m., and the administrator tells me from the doorstep that the master is not answering the phone and most likely she will not come. You 've ruined the whole mood !! And of course the birthday was ruined !
Master Victoria simply decided not to go to work, is that really possible? I just don 't want to , that 's all ... This is some kind of horror. So, keep in mind what kind of "salon" they are, what kind of attitude they have towards customers and what kind of craftsmen work there.

A nightmarish salon. I signed up for a manicure, Alexandra's girlfriend did it. The usual obl without any design was done for almost 3 hours, although 90 minutes are indicated on the website. Also on the website it is indicated 34 rubles, as a result, they took 40 rubles at the checkout. The materials are not disposable, the nail files feel like they have been used since the opening of the salon. The entire cuticle was cut, one finger to such an extent that it was purple near the nail for another 2 weeks. Low-quality materials are also used, I suffered from itching for 2 weeks until I could remove my nails from another master, because it's scary that when removed with such equipment, they can make it even worse.
On a day off, the salon can be opened at any time as the administration wants, while no ads are hung. Elementary good morning, the administrator will not say! While they were cutting my hair, I heard a client's complaint about the solarium not cleaned, the person just left, and the administrator just sat there and stayed!

I showed the hairdresser a specific photo with lungs(!) curls and asked the hair not to be heavily varnished. And I got a "helmet" covered with such a layer of varnish that, as the "master" herself said: "This hairstyle will withstand all the flowerbeds." I don't know what kind of experience the specialist had that she was guided by such beliefs when she sprayed her hair with varnish, but the impression was spoiled. I had to overpay several times more expensive in order to fix the situation as soon as possible in another salon.
