After the appeal and the work performed, I was not satisfied with the totality of the facts.
It was necessary to replace the front springs of the shock absorber. We agreed that if there is a need to replace other parts along the way, I will be informed. According to the master, it was not necessary.
So the facts:
1) I waited forty minutes for the acceptance, because there was a "meeting". There was no queue.
2) I waited for the car to be returned for 40 minutes too, although I arrived after the call that the car was ready. It turned out that the collapse-convergence has not yet been exposed (and of course it was shitty because read below).
PS: The master apologized in the form of a small present from a hundred (10 liters of washing machine), for this not one star, but two.
3) The car was returned with a terribly dirty steering wheel. Gloves? - No, you haven't heard.
4) After 2 weeks of operation, twitching appeared when turning the steering wheel and knocking even on small pits when turning (again with the steering wheel turned). I previously drove to another service station for diagnosis, so as not to be unfounded. There, the left support and the right ball were sentenced at once.
I applied to Vilgood with this. Upon their diagnosis: everything is in order, the work was done well.
The master's answer (not literally, of course, but with quotes, the meaning is "preserved"):
"The ball was not noticed apparently because of the rush, but there is not a critical backlash, you can still drive." To change it on account of the guarantee (for the difference in the cost of completed and under-completed works) They refused.
"The support is fine, change it where it was diagnosed that it is not working properly."
"Tip: contact the third (another, third-party) One hundred for greater objectivity."
You will have to go to the third hundred, pay money for diagnostics again and still at least change the ball for the full cost.
Bottom line: I spent time, money, and at the same time I was left with under-crookedly-obliquely-completed works, which again requires spending the mentioned resources.
My personal conclusions: I will not come here anymore and I do not advise you.

Responsible and friendly car service. I've been servicing more than one car here. They found the "weak" sides in each and corrected them in time, nothing superfluous. What else might look like, they never insist on changing. I like their approach to work.

I applied here for engine repairs to replace oil caps, oil seals and valve cover gaskets. We did it in a day, carefully, and took money moderately. Since then, I have rolled more than 10,000 km - no questions have arisen.
The other day, they did engine repairs for me here (it's time for the vortex dampers). The prices are normal, the masters have hands and a head. They did it right. I shouldn't have worried. I will come to them again.
