I used to use the services of this company often, but last time I was disappointed. I sent a small parcel to Italy and instead of the promised 7-10 days, the parcel was delivered in 20 days. They don't accept payment by cards, so I had to drop them off at Kaspi's number, like some seller at a bazaar. Accordingly, the payment receipt was not issued. In addition, tracking the parcel works only on the principle of accepted-delivered, no intermediate points, no projected delivery date. I had to call them and find out each time where the package was at the moment. They didn't know the delivery date themselves.
