С одной стороны лучшая кальянная в городе. С другой стороны система бронирования просто идиотская: пришли с женой, вечером, в зале 4 больших и 2 маленьких стола свободы, но на них везде брони. Нас посадили в угол за самый маленький стол, когда свободны 4 стола. Что за идиотизм? В таком большом городе не должно быть такой системы бронирования. Развернулись и ушли в итоге. И да, менеджеру за стойкой лучше не смотреть на посетителей, как на говно. Вот это у меня в голове не укладывается никак вообще. Сервис страдает в Астане
