We ordered two hookahs:
1) one light and fruity - liked it
2) medium with cactus, feijoa and apple - all tastes are felt separately and the hookah turned out very tasty!

I used to be a regular customer of the hookah Fog, went to both branches in Almaty, then, as soon as the Atakent branch opened, I stayed there
I took a break, about 3 months, returned with a group of friends and it was a huge disappointment from my favorite place.
Firstly, the tasteless hookah, poor service, a very long, hot dish was carried for more than an hour, without admitting that it was forgotten. The administrator was called, things went a little faster, but the waiter was unprofessionally offended and began to serve without noticing us, without even saying goodbye.
Thanks to the administrator for his courtesy and a beer with a hookah as a gift, but this did not make up for the impression.
After that, we decided with friends to go to Seifullina, the situation is no better, the service is very long. In both establishments, the waiters forgot about what a call button is, there is no reaction. And there are many more little things and nuances, but I don't want to paint any more.
I put 3, just because I have very pleasant memories with this place. It's a pity that it's falling apart

2. The atmosphere in the "Night" hall is dark, but how did I understand this format of the institution.
3. Kitchen: it can be improved, the portions are good, the aisty -they don't know how to do it right.
4. Prices: the kitchen is fully adequate.
5. Hookah: as soon as no one came, they warned that the clogging of the bowl was 15 grams, they were taken out on 4 coals and no longer changed. They just come up and blow through the coals. The price is 2000 TENGE. For those who do not know and do not think about tobacco, I advise you not to go there. You can go to those who purely like to lift. For me personally, 14 minutes of smoking was enough. I took berries 70 by 30.
Plus the fact that the institution is open 24/7
Most likely, it will gain momentum at night and in the morning. Since we have only the gastro bar Gastreat and the Friendly lounge in Almaty, I work around the clock.
The recommendation is to tighten up the staff on the knowledge of the menu, how and with what dishes are served, service, hookah masters to tighten up. In terms of the fact that my hands are shaking.
