Such a small-town hall. In general, there is everything for a one-time workout, but you don't want to practice there all the time. The stretching mats are dirty and small. Dumbbells are scattered. Large stained glass windows on the sunny side and in the summer day there is probably hell. The locker room smells damp, because there is also a toilet and a shower room in which the hoods apparently do not work and the dampness goes to the locker room.

Great gym. It is divided into two parts. One part is for martial arts, the other part is a classic gym. The simulators are quite new and very functional. But the main advantage of this gym is very professional coaches and instructors!

The hall is not bad, but the price tag is too high for a hall of this level. A similar price tag for season tickets in higher-quality and famous halls, where martial arts equipment is not lying around and there is a hood and air conditioning

If you decide to go to this hall for the first time, get ready to go through the "quest" to get there at all! There are no signs, signs, banners!
Look for nondescript doors to some kind of production where a turnstile and a grandmother watchman are waiting for you. She requires documents and will issue you a one-time pass (which must be returned to her at the exit). That's not all...then intuitively you search further along the corridors of this building. If you find it, you're lucky, you don't have to do cardio to warm up, and your back will be wet. (By the way, I tried to call to find out the route, no one ever answered me).
The hall is not large, second-hand equipment is just bought up according to ads. Different manufacturer and year of manufacture. Cardio machines are tired. The hall is a minimal mess: dumbbells are scattered, handles too, pancakes are mixed up. It is unclear who the coach on duty is and whether there is one at all. When I was studying, a child was running around in the gym and stuck his hands anywhere. The employees didn't care. People made traumatic movements in the exercises and
no one corrected them. When a local "type of coach" gave his client a "hula hoop",
well, there's just no comment ...
In short, if you don't mind all this, then you can work out in principle. The price for such a service is adequate.

I am glad to see new changes in the gym and boxing gym. The main entrance was made from Kalvariyskaya Street. The work schedule is convenient. Exercise equipment at 4. 200 meters from the metro station Frunzenskaya. there is a place to park a car. Subscription prices are not expensive. I advise you!

An inconvenient entrance after 18, before that you need to report to the grandmother at the entrance where you are going. The shower often stinks, the exercise equipment is old, there is not a single horizontal bar in the hall!!!!!
