It totally sucks....There must have been a good hotel once. It's more like a dorm now. Of the declared services - air conditioning, minibar - neither one nor the other worked. A meager breakfast without a hot dish and a huge amount of bread - eat sandwiches!!! At the same time, this is a 4* hotel....The reception staff somehow tried to brighten up the overall sad picture, for which I thank them. But in general, it's sad...
