We immediately identified the problem, found a spare part in stock and immediately put it on, the car goes like new! It took a little over an hour. The customer zone is super! We arrived in Georgia with friends by car, and on the third day of traveling around Batumi, it broke down. We found it using Top Service maps, they helped us with a tow truck and put the car on wheels. We got into our situation, we only arrived for a week and we didn't have a car at all, after work the master stayed until 11 pm to finish and give the car to us, special THANKS to him! Everyone was very positive, cheering us on, and we were really worried about the breakdown. So I had to feel firsthand that a lot of negative reviews are not fiction, as Top service writes everywhere. At first, everything was cultural: I signed up, came for a diagnosis, and was bothered by a strange sound that occasionally appeared. I handed over the keys and went to work, after which they wrote that the problem was in the circuit. This confused me, since the circuit was changed 15k km ago. Later, when I opened the lid. The chain was stretched perfectly, the sound was coming from the clutch, as I had previously assumed. I tried to resolve the issue with the management, which was incompetently diagnosed, to which I received the answer: "all our masters are professionals, there are no students." When talking to Vadim, he could not give a single argument that the chain was knocking, and after that, when he got into the problem, he clapped his eyes and spread his hands.
Therefore, I confirm that unnecessary work is being imposed by underprofessionals, they do not respond adequately to comments and do not know how to admit their mistakes, they justify themselves everywhere by the machinations of competitors and it is impossible to achieve anything when problems arise!
I highly do not recommend this service, especially if you do not understand how everything works under the hood.

Excellent service and its staff!
I first came to this service because of a jammed caliper on one of the wheels. The problem was solved as quickly as possible (the brake tube was clamped due to the metal attachment under it).
The next time I came for computer diagnostics and suspension diagnostics. All the problems that were discovered were described and reasoned. We also helped to pick up and order some spare parts.
The next visit to this service was to replace spare parts. They coped quickly and accurately, although there were difficulties with replacing some suspension parts.
Emotions are only positive, I recommend this service to everyone!

Terrible, disgusting service! Earlier, they wrote here about rude, boorish attitude, about price gouging, selling unnecessary services... I didn't check in advance and I saw for myself! It's obvious to me that the positive reviews are hyped, since I'm not the only one who was dissatisfied! In short, I signed up (I didn't wait long, the next day I made an appointment), arrived on time, but I waited more than an hour to have the suspension checked and the oil replaced, as a result, the oil change and diagnostics should have been free, but no - I had to remove the pan there - pay, there's a special oil plug - pay extra, and the cost The oil is generally cosmic! as a result, I paid more than I would have gone to the station and replaced the oil for a fee! They were very intrusive and rude about cutting discs, arguing with me rudely and incorrectly, proving what an effective service! Well, what an apotheosis - a day later the oil plug couldn't stand it and the oil spilled right on the perekoestke! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

I really want to share my story of visiting this service, as I am very outraged. On 10/24/24 I contacted the TOP SERVICE. He took my car for repair (it wouldn't start and came in a tow truck) and gave it to Vadim. When he gave my car to me, I was told that he had "diagnosed a break in the chain of the gas pump, which he eliminated and for which I owe him 120 GEL," when I asked him to clearly show me where this chain break occurred and why it was so expensive, he said - okay, pay 70 GEL (as if we were on I insisted that I be shown the work done with my car, in the end he said that there was nothing to pay – I just charged the dead battery! That is, he immediately wanted to trick me out of 120 GEL, and when it did not work out, he began to "bargain". Also, a dipstick was missing in my car, which may have been broken or stolen at the service station, but they told me that it was not there! In addition, during the quarrel, he grabbed my arm, causing me pain and a slight bruise. Of course, I turned to the Georgian police, where measures should be taken against Vadim, but I don't want anyone to experience the time, nerves, and health I spent on this "Miracle Service" and the negative emotions I received! and the funniest thing is that they kept telling me, like clockwork, that you were sent by competitors! And in all the negative reviews, they see the machinations of competitors! Do not be fooled by good reviews, most likely inflated, bought... I will not advise anyone, not even the enemy, I will not wish that negativity, moral humiliation and wasted money on a tow truck and a new probe in this service!

I have visited this service several times. I replaced the refrigerant for the air conditioner, repaired the door handle for Lada Vesta. But since there are none in Georgia, they were ordered from the Russian Federation. Upon arrival, everything was installed. I replaced the coolant today. The work was done quickly and efficiently. There is a zone where you can sit while they work on the car. It is clear that the service is developing and the guys are trying their best.

In any case, do not contact this "TOP" garage in quotation marks. The director is worried sick. They take a car for repair, perform work in excess of the specified ones without approval. They don't make up the documents - it's difficult to prove later what they asked for and what they didn't. They put before the fact how much you need to pay. The prices are sky-high. There is no repair quality. They fixed the gearbox on only two bolts, it got loose in a week and I had to change the clutch disc again. They don't even deserve one star.

As it turned out, this service is managed by a master who previously took the car for repair and delayed the repair for months with false promises, then the spare parts go for three months, then the masters are busy, then what did you want your car is old and even they say after my expensive repair it will not work as it should (moreover, this was announced after the repair), as it turned out later, he sold spare parts at exorbitant prices ... in general, I do not advise anyone, then I regretted that I believed him, but now I ran without looking back!

Work - oil change + filter for Nissan Xtrail T32
I wrote to WhatsApp VIN, and in response I received the exact cost of the filter and oil. I agreed on the exact time for the next day, they said that I would take 1 hour to work
I arrived on time, handed over the car, and asked to see the suspension at the same time. I sat down at the reception, drank coffee, talked with the guys. The reception area has 2 sofas, coffee and tea, a dressing room and a table with games and coloring books for children. I watched through the window as they changed the oil and looked at the suspension - a very pleasant level of service
At the end of the work, the master said that it was time to change the pads (and explained why ) and that the tips of the rear rods of the front suspension also end (and showed where).
everything was done on time and with a smile!
I am very satisfied with the service, I recommend it!

It's always interesting to read negative reviews. I personally have not met with any of the above - no one has "sniffed" anything, no divorces and so on - on the contrary, a great attitude.
