Customer orientation is off the scale. I went to buy sneakers for a child, I ask "there is a size 26" the answer is fine "I don't know", I think I'll look for myself- I didn't find the size again I ask how to find out the size - the answer is "well, these seem to be there" the saleswoman went to look, comes says that there is no size 😂I ask again "how to find out 26 size!!!"- I don't know the answer, so I turned around and left. I'm shocked. How does a store sell anything at all with this approach?
