Upon arrival at the agency, we ran into Olga, a consultant. In addition to the unfriendly appearance and lack of interest, we were forced to observe passive aggression on her part and an obvious unwillingness to help us choose a tour for the rest period. To our question, "well, offer us at least something and tell us about current tours, is there an opportunity to fly somewhere now, etc."
Consultant Olga, with obvious contempt, reluctantly asked us questions that have nothing to do with the choice of a tour, since she did not even offer any, not that common, relevant and a "burning" tour, but also those that are possible in the future!!!!! This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude!! They were outraged!
Such people should not work in the tourism sector! They undermine trust by their behavior towards other tour operators!
