We didn't get to Topaz))). We tried to book a table for 7 people... The person who answered the phone was very rude and not friendly...He sounded annoyed...in short, the desire to visit this institution was completely repulsed!!! The voice of a man who speaks Russian tolerably well...

However, when visiting this cafe, the waiter refuses to bring the MENU. This is done because local prices are the same (according to the menu). For visitors, the price will differ significantly not in your favor. Demand a menu.

A delicious place on the outskirts of the city. There is no menu, the waiters are bad, but they speak Russian. By food:
- khinkali (300 drams per piece). So far, the most delicious that we have tasted in the city
- compote (1500 drams per jug). They took dogwood and quince. Both are delicious, quince is noticeably sweeter.
- roast (1800 drams). Not bad, but the meat was stringy and harsh.
- Topaz salad (2500 drams). Don't let the word "salad" confuse you, it's more like a full-fledged second course with French fries and two types of meat
- vegetable salad and kebab (I didn't remember the price) - delicious.

The cuisine is excellent, I really liked khinkali and dolma. However, I take two stars for the quality of service, the waitress was extremely unfriendly and the prices of the dishes in the receipt differed from the prices on the menu, which was not warned.

Pros: cozy cabins, affordable location, affordable prices, incredibly delicious khinkali.
Cons: no menu, limited choice of dishes.
The cost of 1 khinkali with beef as of September 2022 is 350 AMD/piece.
In general, we consider it a very decent institution. I recommend you to visit!
