So they did not receive a clear answer , it turns out that their store on the Caspian Sea sells cheaper goods at times , but in their offline store it is much more expensive and so almost all the goods , it turns out they violate the policy of the Caspian store ( it is written in black and white in the Caspian store that the price should be the same that in the offline store that online ) so we took the goods in installments, wrote an application for refusal of the goods , scanned the QR to pay off the installment plan thereby making a refund, they did not have enough funds, now their sales manager declares that the account is empty and we have to wait! How the hell should I wait for a refund of my own money, again, it is written in the Caspian after the loan is canceled, the funds must be returned in 5 minutes!
