We ordered the installation of a dishwasher. There are no questions or complaints about the installation itself. But in order for the master to come, it was necessary to raise a scandal. Booked through the A100 application for installation initially on 04.11 at 09:00. No one contacted us that day. Only in the evening the master called and agreed on Wednesday at 15:00-15:30. On Wednesday 06.11 we are waiting for the master, no. We call, and in response, "I'll be there at 17:30." We had our own plans for the evening, so we postponed the installation to the next morning and finally did everything.
Another negative point is that the price of working through the application and in fact turned out to be different (55 rubles instead of 40 rubles).
There were strange impressions after performing the services of this company.

This is the first time I am writing such a review, or until now, the way the master behaved disgustingly, I have never encountered such a thing, the question was about assembling the shower stall, the "master" spent 3 hours on the pallet and the frame of the shower, injuring his arm, constantly told me how this work was pushed onto him, I'm sorry Did I drag him home for free and demand to collect it? The man is very nervous and boorish, disgusting attitude, surname Ivanchenko. I will never contact this office again, I have never met worse craftsmen in my life, such a booth is quietly assembled in two hours, and this would-be master did not even screw the leg!!! Trying to assemble the frame, he said that he wanted to quit and leave. I think it would have been better if he hadn't come at all. He spent all his time trying to burn down my nervous system: he ran around the apartment in an inadequate way, solving his other "joints", then complained about the stall, which my husband eventually came and showed him on video how to assemble it! I do not know why the master took 150 rubles. In my opinion, I still needed to pay extra for his behavior!

As a result, the master with his administrators or whoever they have ... decided that he would not go to the installation, because there is no tool. I will find out about this on the day of installation, when I have already arrived at the place and when I called them myself. No one called back for two days.
Today, on September 23rd, we sent an SMS - your order has been canceled. They didn't even call.
I called the company back myself to ask if it was a mistake. It turned out that it was not a mistake - my order was canceled, because their masters are "busy".

From my point of view, the order was problematic - a curtain without provided fasteners, a hood on a granite wall, a hood from a hood of another model.
