I want to express my deep gratitude to the organization for putting gas into the house, installation, and all the work that the organization has done. ALL THE WORK WAS DONE PERFECTLY! Many thanks to the installers, Alexander and Evgeny, for their quality work and human attitude! We thank the head, Vadim Nikolaevich, for his conscientious attitude and respect for people. Engineer Evgeny, for his lightning-fast solution of any questions, special thanks to him. We thank Engineer Mikhail for the quick acceptance and commissioning of gas! DEFINITELY, I RECOMMEND THE ORGANIZATION FOR ALL JOBS, FOR ALL JOBS RELATED TO GAS! Many thanks to your professional and high-quality calligraphy!
The topterm connects the outdoor gas pipeline to the house for me. They have proven themselves to be professionals in their field - all work is carried out efficiently, on time and at reasonable prices. I am very pleased, and in the future I plan to contact them on issues of internal gas supply and heating at home.
An absolutely incompetent company. We drew the project without even looking at the features of the apartment building. As a result, 2 years of approval in the Ministry of Gas. They refused to redo the project. At Mingaz, when the company was mentioned, many employees rolled their eyes and nodded their heads sympathetically. The director communicated with me in a boorish manner, proving that his engineer graduated from the Polytechnic, which means everything was done correctly. But 10 people, including employees of the Ministry of Gas, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and others, said that the project was initially drawn incorrectly. I strongly recommend passing by.
Don't get involved in any way!!!! Terrible approach at ALL stages!!! With all the documents, a ready-made boiler room and no queue at Mingaz, everything turned out to be 6 months from the announced deadline of 2 months (for gas start-up)! Constant stories about the lack of time! During the entire construction period, the most terrible company I had to work with!!!
I would never want to contact this office for anything, Rogachev performers have not grown to the level of service in the Minsk region. Lack of responsibility leads to impunity, but this needs to be fixed. Banning activities would be the best solution to avoid major problems for customers and endless mistakes and work postponements.
This organization was engaged in the supply of gas to my cottage. I also bought a gas boiler from them. The work was done better than perfectly. Very professional, high-quality. Special thanks to Mikhail (welding of the gas pipeline, installation of heating), Konstantin (consultation - very well versed in all matters), Natalia (contract support), Irina (preparation of documents for delivery to gorgaz). The organization is client-oriented. A big plus is the installment plan to pay for work for three months.
I recommend this organization.
The service is terrible!!!! They come and just drag their time. In fact, they only vacuum inside the boiler or wipe the dust with a cloth and then my ((((( score zero!!!!! They charge a lot of money!!! They never reminded me about the service themselves and every time they swear that I should remember this myself!!!! It's just awful. The filter hasn't even been cleaned!!!! There is a filter on the photo after their arrival!
Maintenance of the boiler is not worth it (70 rubles).
What does the maintenance procedure include?(written on the organization's website).
The procedure consists of several stages aimed at improving the efficiency and productivity of the boiler. Among them:
cleaning of internal components – heat exchanger, exhaust turbine, etc. boiler elements;
checking the air pressure in the expansion tank;
prevention and cleaning of valves;
flushing the boiler.
In my case, the maintenance of the boiler included only removing the gas burner and waving a brush in the heat exchanger. Moreover, the master tried to put the gas burner back into the heat exchanger backwards, which was not possible to do - she did not want to enter there until the master realized that he was doing it wrong.
But, during this time, I had to listen to as much negativity about my boiler as I had not heard in the entire life of its operation. When I said that the boiler was 7 years old, the master informed me that now everything in my boiler would start to break down, and repairs were expensive, it was better to buy and install a new boiler, that their organization sold and installed Bosch boilers, that they were much better than my boiler, and that it was better not to wait for breakdowns, and change the boiler immediately.
Immediately, a terrible negative worked, I realized that I did not want this master to conduct the maintenance of my boiler, and in general, not even touch it anymore. And it is clear that when he told me that it would be nice to remove the heat exchanger and clean the scale, I was not delighted, especially since it is very cold outside, and if something breaks in his hands, or he puts parts of the boiler backwards, this prospect did not suit me. But the master did not insist, and said that this could be done in the summer, and it was decided that we would clean the scale on the heat exchanger in the summer.
While the master was screwing on the burner, I even wondered how old my boiler was. It turned out that he has been since 2011, this year - 10 years. Upon learning about this, the master wrote in the certificate that the boiler must be replaced, as the service life has expired. I asked him what the service life of this boiler is. - The master couldn't say for sure.
The most interesting thing is that in the boiler passport, the manufacturer did not specify the service life, but simply wrote: "long service life thanks to a stainless steel heat exchanger." Then I had to go online and read that with good care of the boiler, the service life can be at least 15 years.
I do not know what this organization is guided by when making such a conclusion. But I assume that the service life of the Hephaestus gas stove, which is 10 years. But!!! Gorgaz's documentation says that if the stove is in good working condition, then its service life is extended for another 10 years in stages, and only then it must be replaced.
I do not understand why, by the act of the master of this organization, I was recommended to replace the working boiler with a new one due to the alleged end of its service life, which is not set by the manufacturer (namely, the manufacturer sets the service life of any equipment, like the Hephaestus plates).
Further. The master pointed out that I refused to descale the heat exchanger, although he suggested that I do it in the summer, during the non-heating period.
But that's not all. In the act, the master pointed out that my chimney is in disrepair. To my question: "What is it expressed in?", the master replied that condensate was dripping (although condensate was not dripping).
However, as far as I know, condensate is a problem for all boilers in winter, since hot steam from the boiler pipe, connecting with frosty air, and cooling, turns into water. This water can enter the boiler pipe, but either a removable bowl is provided for this (which is provided in my case), or condensate is discharged into the sewer. Some of this water can flow down the outside of the boiler pipe, which exits into the chimney (asbestos pipes in my case) and along the chimney itself, while falling on part of the ceiling along the radius of the chimney, and that is not an emergency condition of the chimney. The chimney itself is in working condition, with good traction and ventilation.
I do not understand on what basis the master concluded that my chimney is in disrepair, just because condensate forms in winter, which falls on the ceiling? Or is it because the master thinks that all women are fools, and if they are blonde, then they are a fool squared?
So I'm thinking, why would I need something from a private organization for 70 rubles? This is equivalent to a master from Gorgaz coming to me for 39 rubles. I always choose quality, and I am ready to pay for quality. In this case, I see no point in overpaying.
It feels like they came to me not to carry out the boiler, but to breed it for money.
A "specialist" arrived at the first start of the heating boiler, saw that the front cover of the boiler was open and concluded that the boiler had been removed from warranty. But because the "seals in the form of washers" are broken. The request to show these "washers" was refused, because it is only for the elite. Even the offer of 15,000 (fifteen thousand Belarusian rubles, Karl) did not help me to see them. Some kind of silverless... I wouldn't mind.
