The doors arrived on time, and the installation was also not delayed.

We ordered an entrance door from this organization in early August, promised to call within two weeks and inform them that the door had arrived and the installer could install it. No one called, we constantly had to call ourselves and ask when the door would be ready. One day, towards the end of the month, they called and said that the door had arrived - we can install it, but on the day of installation the manager called and said that for some reason our door had not arrived. They only served breakfast. After regular calls, the door was installed with one, BUT after installation, we noticed that there were two left handles on the door, the master did not even inform about this during installation, suddenly it would take a ride and we would not notice. They called and went to the office to have our pens changed, they promised to change everything soon. After almost a month and a half, we arrived to make slopes (so with a constant reminder) and we clarified about the handle, the master said that he was afraid to damage it and another person would come and change the handle. Another master arrived two weeks later (due to constant calls to the organization's office), but the master took off the handle (scratched the one on the door) and it turned out that the handle he brought was exactly the same (left). They took the money in full, but they can't do the job until the end, they only promise. We are still waiting for a miracle to happen and we will get the right pen.

I do not advise contacting this company. I ordered and paid for the doors a month ago at Grodno, Yanka Kupala Ave., 16a-1, pav 27. They promised to bring and install the door in a week. The second month has started. No one from the staff is calling due to the delay. I keep calling myself. They feed you breakfast. So I will contact the authorities that will help solve this problem
