I have recently started using the services of this workshop. I am carrying a construction company's power tool for repair. Before that, I repaired the tool in other organizations and there is something to compare it with. They work promptly (readiness 1-3 days), pre-agree on the cost of repairing each power tool. I also liked the honesty. By mistake, a serviceable perforator was handed over for repair, so they did not invent a breakdown and indicate "replaced spare parts" but said that the perforator was checked and it is serviceable, They have a drill/screwdriver under repair, which is waiting for an electronic board. Yesterday I handed over two of the same drills/ screwdrivers that have damaged housings. The cases have also been ordered and they need to be waited for. So the specialists of this organization suggested installing an electronic board from a drill / screwdriver with a damaged case on the first drill / screwdriver and I will be able to pick up a serviceable drill / screwdriver much earlier, more precisely today. Well done! I recommend.

Категорически не рекомендую. Покупал батарею 18В для шуруповерта Союз. Продавец дважды нарушил законодательство. Сначала отказался продать товар по цене, которая в тот момент была указана на сайте, а потом, когда выяснилось, что батарея не рабочая, кормили сказками, что проблемы с моим инструментом и батарея уходит в защиту. забрать отказались. Так окончился срок для обмена. Когда позже разобрал батарею - оказалось, что две банки из пяти не рабочие.
