I have recently started using the services of this workshop. I am carrying a construction company's power tool for repair. Before that, I repaired the tool in other organizations and there is something to compare it with.
They work promptly (readiness 1-3 days), pre-agree on the cost of repairing each power tool.
I also liked the honesty. By mistake, a serviceable perforator was handed over for repair, so they did not invent a breakdown and indicate "replaced spare parts" but said that the perforator was checked and it is serviceable,
They have a drill/screwdriver under repair, which is waiting for an electronic board. Yesterday I handed over two of the same drills/ screwdrivers that have damaged housings. The cases have also been ordered and they need to be waited for. So the specialists of this organization suggested installing an electronic board from a drill / screwdriver with a damaged case on the first drill / screwdriver and I will be able to pick up a serviceable drill / screwdriver much earlier, more precisely today.

I strongly do not recommend it. I bought an 18V battery for a Soyuz screwdriver. The seller violated the law twice. At first, I refused to sell the product at the price that was indicated on the website at that moment, and then, when it turned out that the battery was not working, they fed me fairy tales that there were problems with my tool and the battery was going into protection. They refused to take it away. So the deadline for the exchange ended. When I later disassembled the battery, it turned out that two of the five cans were not working.
