I've been watching the studio for a long time. Everything is very beautiful in instagram. I signed up for coloring spontaneously. There was a discount window. I explained to the master that there was a complex coloring before using the airtouch technique and, in general, my wishes. The master was inclined exclusively to this technique of coloring. The main argument was the phrase: it's more convenient for me.
Most likely, it just doesn't work in another technique.
Of course, there have been many comments about the quality of my hair, although I am not new to this issue and I have expensive and high-quality care and I know perfectly well that my hair is in excellent condition and even more unpainted.
As a result, the canvas was simply lightened, since the discolored strands were small and frequent. And the lightening background is yellow, again with reference to the quality of the hair, although I'm sure the master was just afraid. And even though we discussed for a long time what I would like, I still didn't get it as a result. The master was a 100% beginner, as it was felt by her movements, she did everything uncertainly.
I'm a non-confrontational person, I didn't really argue, I paid even more than was required in the end, because the girl was very young and she tried her best. She silently took it for granted. So they went their separate ways
The coffee was disgusting too, just coffee water. I work with the premium segment myself and I know perfectly well what the attitude towards the client should be.
