We were in Bishkek on 07.08, on the last day we decided to have dinner in Toro.
I can say that the reviews below do not lie: the food is a bomb, I ordered Filet Mignon "medium". The roasting is 100%, the meat is excellent. Very tasty salads (they took warm with beef and "fresh"). The portions are VERY large, the steak is 350 grams approximately at the exit, the chicken kebab is also about 300. (Evaluate your appetite))

Good service and alcohol, the dishes were good ribs. I ordered juice, the menu shows 1 position for 130 som "glass". For some reason, the waitress brought a whole carafe and instead of replacing it, she simply left with the comment "I did not understand correctly" The beef kebab is tasteless and rubbery, it is simply not possible to eat without sauce, ordered a strudel, brought a cold cracker that lay judging by the hardness at least a month..I pointed this out to the waitress, to which I received the answer "we serve this way", I could have admitted the mistake and removed the strudel from the bill, but no, I had to pay full price.
Really the best grill bar in Bishkek. Excellent meat, competent chefs, rather nimble (by Bishkek standards) staff. A good choice, you can just have a snack or have a good meal.
Everything is at the highest level! Atmosphere, music. Accompaniment, I was very happy to try the Yak burger. The only thing I would change for a set is the standard French fries for potatoes in a rustic way, given the cost, they can quite replace themselves.

We've been here many times already. The atmosphere is great, the staff is great, I like steaks too. I do not recommend only tuna steak. For some reason, out of 8 times, 5 times he was carried for longer than 50 minutes. Once, they brought it for 2 hours in general, when we had already sat with the company, we had already received everything and proved it 2 times, we were tired of sitting and went on. And then they bring it to me in a hurry... In short, except for tuna, then 5 points, you will be satisfied.
The price/quality ratio leaves much to be desired. I didn't like any of the dishes, although it would seem that how can you spoil a used mojito? But no, it has such a vile menthol syrup in it that Tantum Verde will envy. The second star is purely for the fact that the family liked the fondue, but I don't eat it, so it's difficult for me to evaluate.
A very tasty medallion and liver kebab! Salads are large portions, but there was almost not enough sauce for them (it turned out to be too simple) after Moscow, we are a little spoiled :)) by the way, the burger was made on lettuce leaves at the request!
We booked in advance, live music in the evening after 20, but not very intrusive thanks!
For the first time I meet the policy of establishments before 2.00 am, where the kitchen is open until 23:40 ... the kitchen should be closed for a maximum of an hour.

Everything is very tasty, but, in my opinion, the portions are too large. Therefore, my advice is not to order a lot of things at once, but one dish at a time. Due to the fact that we were hungry and ordered several snacks "on the table", there was a lot of food left.
I especially liked the liver kebab and spicy sausages.
I didn't really like the grilled vegetables (side dish) - they were too damp.
Filet mignon is great! I pumped up the strudel a little, because it was already cooled down, but I was satisfied with the service, they transplanted it from the veranda inside, advised wine, everyone was friendly and the musical accompaniment was right in the mood!
We celebrated a birthday, booked a day in advance, asked for a quieter or a hall with music, put us in a corner, as we wanted. A very beautiful feed (see photo), the place is famous for flocks, the ribai was wonderful. The unusual interior, we liked everything very much.
good wine, an amazing burger of huge size, and the hodgepodge was very tasty! I recommend it!

The place is too overpriced. The interior and location are only good if they are. However, it is very, very cold. And the plaid was never brought. For some unknown reason, there are a lot of people. Literally all the tables are occupied. Log cabin tables are beautiful but as uncomfortable as possible. Everyone is crowded and there is not enough space. It is very noisy and they save on lighting, waiters and heating. The cocktails were brought as diluted as possible. And the steaks were brought absolutely cold - they obviously stood after cooking for at least 30 minutes. It's a shame that the price tag is clearly too high and the institution positions itself above average. Frozen garlic butter and stale bread. Damn, and it's very, very cold.
Great place and delicious cuisine. The portions are huge, music on weekends, it's cool in the heat. The surroundings are not bad either. I recommend it for sure.

the check for two came out at 4,500, but we did not know that the portions of meat would be so huge, we ate with difficulty, you can take one whole steak for two.

This restaurant left two impressions, because we were there 3 times, 2 of them were at the highest level, excellent drinks and delicious burgers, and 3 times they brought us everything terrible: instead of delicious grog, 90% vodka and 10% tea, the meat in the burgers was poured with smoky oil. In general, I want consistency, so as not to doubt when choosing a place)
