The cafe is good, the prices for coffee and desserts are adequate.
Unfortunately, sometimes, and more often lately, the staff spoils the impression. It's like talking to a robot. It's not the first time I've come and seen a man behind the counter who looks like he's angry. Not rude, nothing like that, but... but imagine the sensations yourself. Everyone has hard days, but here, it seems, the days have turned into weeks and months.

Unfortunately, my experience of interacting with a pastry shop turned out to be unsuccessful. The initial request for the cost of the cake on Instagram was met with a question about the order date and my phone number. After providing this information, the employee called me back and we agreed to go to Viber to discuss the details of the order. However, it was not possible to contact the confectionery on Viber, as they do not respond to messages. 3.5 days later, I called them and reminded them of myself. The same employee replied, but despite my request to provide an answer in the chat, I never received it. This lack of attention to customers and the inability to fulfill the simplest requests is extremely disappointing.

The staff of this pastry shop will promise you a star from the sky, if only you would place an order with them. It was the same in my case, they said that all our wishes would be fulfilled. And as a result, nothing was done from the agreed upon: not the design, not the decoration, cakes of a different color, not the taste, bones that get stuck in the teeth... The amazing thing is that the cake was really delicious at the tasting, but on the most solemn day of life, the staff of the pastry shop could not repeat it. Complete disappointment

I ordered a cake online for my spouse's anniversary. There was silence for several days, no one called back. There were New Year's holidays. I already decided that everything was gone, I started looking for other options, but ... On the day on which the order was placed, the administrator called and informed that the cake had begun to be prepared. They offered another filling (honey sponge cake, sour cream, pieces of strawberry and banana), discussed the design. A very sociable and cheerful courier brought the cake and shared his preferences. The cake was decorated flawlessly, it immediately made an impression!!! My husband was delighted! The idea of a cake (the book of life) also had an effect on the guests! And when we tried it, no one had any doubts! The cake is delicious!!! Both adults and children ate with great pleasure. The cake was big, I thought we would eat it for a few days, but there were a couple of pieces left. Very harmonious taste and design!!! I am very grateful to the confectioners, real Masters! I recommend this pastry shop to everyone, just do not repeat my "exploits", call back and clarify everything at once. Otherwise, the surprise may not be as pleasant as mine!

I don't write reviews, but I couldn't help myself to save the others. It was the anniversary of the company .30 years old. We were led by the positive feedback and ordered 2 cakes as a gift to our partners. There is only one positive thing:the order was completed on time. Cons: They chose the design (on their own website), in fact, the pastry chef himself came up with what and how to highlight..That would be half the trouble. Pistachio cakes with raspberries: There was only color from pistachios. The cakes were dry, resembling a loaf, pistachios were not felt at all. The cream is on its own, the raspberry layer is sour on its own. It feels like it was made hastily or by a person who is not related to the confectionery profession.. BUT the worst thing is that our colleagues did not say thank you, but when asked if we liked it, we received: cultural silence, dry, sour, not a cake. Thank God you didn't order this for all your contractors! And it was only later that they realized why they did not place their logo anywhere on the cake (on the box or packaging) ... they obviously know that not everything is smooth..and the fact that they do not bake themselves is 100%, they order somewhere, because at the time of ordering the girl did not even know that there are 2 cakes of 1.5-2kg each, and with an inscription and custom-made. I draw a conclusion-as lucky as I am...to whom the order will be given, such a cake will turn out. OURS was not a cake...something for a lot of money.

A terrible disappointment and outright deception. I ordered a two-tiered Kupalinka cake with carrot filling for my birthday, 4 kilograms, the order amount is 280 rubles. The order was made on Wednesday, the holiday is on Saturday, everything was agreed in advance and the operator confirmed that they would definitely manage it by Saturday. On Friday evening, it turned out that they could not make the second tier due to some problems. Since it was already evening, and the cake was still needed, I agreed to an ordinary one-story cake, hoping for an incredible taste (no discounts were offered). The result can be estimated from the photo, there is little outwardly and in terms of the variety of berries, the cake looks only vaguely similar, so there was also an outright scam with stuffing: instead of spices there was an ordinary poppy sponge cake, and they just clamped the orange layer from their own picture. 2 points only because the cake was still at least better than the store's taste, but if I had known right away how it would be, I wouldn't even have taken it away, after all, the price is 10 times more than the cake from the store.
