Great cafe! We have been to Abkhazia twice, in different cities, and the best cuisine is here. The hot dishes and salads are delicious and freshly prepared. They do not cook for long. A great cafe.
The interior is "Provence" with wicker furniture, not a large hall, with pleasant, not loud blues music.
I really liked the table setting. The owners did well, they did not save on dishes and cutlery.
The order was not long in coming. The dishes are delicious.
The wife did not prepare a diet dish from the menu. Delicious desserts.
The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

We were in July 2024, had a rest nearby, went to have breakfast - prices are higher than in all the nearest establishments nearby, they did not have breakfast there, but then we went several times for dessert, took eclairs, sinabones - everything is very tasty, it looks like homemade, in the best sense of the word. We went with my sister to have a cup of coffee with a meringue roll, everything is very decent: both in taste and in service. The waitress Nastya is a polite girl, but the owner is too intrusive - it's a little annoying. I liked the interior of the cafe, the prices for desserts and coffee, in principle, as in our city. We also ordered a bento cake from them, it was very tasty, they gave us a candle, because the cake was on the table and even matches, because we had nothing to set it on fire, thank you very much for that, I read previous reviews - many people were not selling fresh pastries, everything was fresh and delicious. I recommend sitting and drinking coffee with dessert. I can't say anything about the rest of the food, we haven't tried it, but the prices are not cheap.

We have been visiting this cafe for more than one year and we cannot say anything bad about it. The reviews that people were poisoned in this institution are surprising. We have breakfast, lunch and dinner in this cafe. We have known the owner of the cafe and hotel on the upper floors for many years, a courteous, polite and sociable person. We are familiar with all the staff, but they change a little from year to year, and we have never noticed any lack of courtesy or other negativity. The price tag is not low, and if expensive, there are plenty of alternatives in the form of canteens and cafes. For every taste and purse, the choice is individual for everyone. I am satisfied with a cultural and calm environment where you can eat delicious food and chat in peace.
Let's start with breakfast, for which we ordered oatmeal porridge, pancakes with meat and cottage cheese, cheesecakes and dumplings with cherries. Lunch consisted of royal soup and chicken noodle soup. For dinner, they ordered khinkali, Alfredo pasta, but most often Caesar salad with chicken and salmon, eating everything with white homemade wine. And of course, all this was "polished" with desserts, the choice of which is not small, which are moderately sweet and juicy. And none of the listed products were not fresh or expired. A lot is being done "from under the knife." The people who cook for you, the visitors, are kind and polite. Nana, a kind and sympathetic person who has been preparing all confectionery products for years, manages the entire process in the kitchen. She needs to organize a master class on the process of making cakes and various goodies. I understand, I'm even convinced that there are many people who cook well and everyone will say that they are the best, but I think she will do it perfectly.

We liked everything. The coffee is good, the tea is good, the cuisine is excellent - delicious khinkali (spicy what you need!), and a whole mountain of Caesar. We came by chance, had coffee and tea, and stayed for dinner.
Only then we read the reviews. We agree with some - tea for 350 and Abkhazia is somehow not cheap, but there are no complaints about the quality of the dishes. Very tasty. The dishes are brought, everything is very friendly. With us, two more tables specially approached the cashier-waiter (a very attentive and nimble girl) to convey admiration to the cook.
Apparently, we don't have to do it once and we were lucky (we were on October 3). Which is what we wish everyone else.

It's just a failure. I gave two stars for the service and the interior. Everything else is bad. The kitchen staff sit right next to the cafe, chat quite loudly, sometimes get up to go prepare an order, then come back, comment that you are not eating khinkali correctly. It looks like a favor on their part. And now in the kitchen: a portion of khinkali is 5 pcs as it is written in the menu, but only 4 pieces were brought (in principle, even 4 somehow managed to eat). They don't have a tail, it's impossible to hook them with your hands. The dough is inelastic, lumpy, thick and tasteless. Everything is tearing and flowing. Everything is unsalted. It turns out to be a mess in a plate. At the same time, the price is above average. The most uncomfortable stay in an institution where it is also tasteless. This is khinkali, it was obviously prepared by Caucasian women, why is it so bad. Dear owner of this establishment. Please note that employees are ruining your business.

I really liked this place. Beautiful interior, good dishes, cozy atmosphere. Having a lot of canteens around, we went here almost every day. We ordered pizza, khinkali, omelet, scrambled eggs, pancakes, dumplings, boats, desserts. Everything is very tasty! Noodle soup is 10 out of 10, tastier than in canteens. Large pieces of desserts are served. The prices are slightly higher than in the canteens, but it's worth it. I definitely recommend it!

We took the classics - Napoleon, Bird's milk and coffee.I tried P.M. and I understand that you can't eat it - it's stale food.She called a nice girl to the barista / cashier / waiter and to my question, how many days is this dessert - a gorgeous answer - 3 days, probably! I probably finally refused.Have you ever tried dried and rubber P.M. If not, you're in a Tortino.Napoleon was terrible too.And the coffee is mediocre.The most interesting thing is that the full bill was calculated for us.I think this is rude and disrespectful to the guests.I will never recommend this place to anyone.

We stopped by today to try the food at a seemingly nice place. I don't often write reviews, but then I decided it was time)
The first thing that will meet you is super-inflated prices. Don't be surprised at 700-800₽ cocktails and 500₽ pasta. Yes, you will definitely look around again to make sure that you are in Abkhazia, and not in the center of your city. But the prices won't get any lower.
OK, we thought. Let's try something. Maybe the price will justify the quality (and in truth it is difficult to find something more refined than a dining room in Gagra).
As a result, the order was accepted from us and even politely dictated the wifi password. This is where the advantages of the institution end.
Once we were alone with the atmosphere of the place, we began to consider the details of the interior and furniture. What can I say, furniture that looks vintage and modern from afar is, in fact, stained and dirty. It's all covered in some spots and smudges. It's like she's asking you to clean me up at last!
Next, they bring us soup. Well, soup and soup. Peppery "slightly", to the point of coughing in the throat, but in general it is a mountainous area, they like to pepper here) so the soup was quite edible.
The next dish was called "cottage cheese casserole with berries." Well, what can I say. Selling an almost spoiled product, firstly, is not beautiful, and secondly, it is dangerous for health. The owners of the establishment! It's cottage cheese! Please take care of your visitors, do not poison them with three-day casseroles.
The cherry of our order turned out to be "sea buckthorn tea". This is the highlight of the room, by God. Hot water and a handful of floating sea buckthorn inside will be brought to you in the kettle. There was no tea in the kettle) in general, tea without tea, but with sourness from sea buckthorn.
And finally, to complete the image of this institution, I will attach a photo of the fork that was served to us with a casserole. Enjoy yourself and draw your own conclusions.
I strongly recommend that the owners completely reconsider their approach to the case. Reduce prices, GREATLY increase the quality of dishes, monitor the sanitary situation with both eyes.
