I am extremely dissatisfied with the hakimiyat's work. Employees behave irresponsibly, are often rude, and are completely not punctual. Solving simple issues is delayed indefinitely, and asking for help is stressful. Such an attitude towards people is unacceptable! I would like to see more competent and courteous work of the staff.
