Then they call again, but only for one second and immediately reset, even if I manage to take it in that second. It turned out that on the second day of the calls, they wrote to the mail after the first call that they could not get through - I wrote to them that they were dropping calls, both their outgoing and my incoming ones. Somehow I was able to take their call. When I told them that they promised to contact me by mail on the site, but in the end they called instead, they replied, "I don't have time to tell you what your order is." After that, it turns out that my order volume is too large, they cannot deliver so much (12 packages of medicine), and they are not ready to arrange delivery across Belarus, which they promise on the website, even for my payment, and I need to go to Minsk in their PVZ, and I get to Minsk in 3 hours.
Total: there is incorrect information on the site, they do not write to the mail after half an hour during their working hours, as promised, and write there only if they could not get through, they call after hours in the evening, they drop calls after a second of calling, and when they manage to get in touch, they communicate non-client-oriented, delivery in Belarus, promised on They don't have a website, and they can't sell the right amount of medicine.
I do not recommend this service to anyone, especially if you do not live in Minsk, everything is arranged exactly the opposite of what is indicated on the website, and a man who is clearly not interested in cooperating with clients communicates quite rudely on the phone. It's been a long time since I've seen such an amateurish approach to working with clients. I work in the service sector myself and communicate a lot with clients, and I know what I'm talking about.
We brought the necessary medicines, which are not available in the Republic of Belarus. Everything is clear. I made an application, they quickly replied to the mail, and picked up the order within the agreed time.
