1. Deadlines, and here even the problem is not that they are delayed, but that they are fed breakfast. After all, you can immediately tell a specific date that you can meet, and not "next week", "in a week", "in another week". They made me guilty of delaying the deadlines, but in fact the kitchen still came with the wrong cutting of one cabinet, which again increased the total production time.
2. Froze. The sockets were drawn 1 cm from the gas pipe, which, as it turned out, was categorically impossible to do.
3. A week later, I discovered a facade defect (smudge), resigned myself to it (there is no desire to wait for another facade replacement), simply asking to re-hang the doors in places so that the place of the smudge does not irritate the eyes.
4. I bought a built-in appliance, having previously specified whether it would be suitable for my kitchen. To which I received the answer "yes", but as it turned out, the microwave shelf with rounded corners does not imply embedding.
In general, when making repairs in an apartment and ordering furniture in different places, I will not recommend the total module (in the past, idi furniture) to anyone.
The delivery guys are the only ones I'm willing to give 5 stars to in this organization.
