I was unpleasantly surprised, shocked because I was refused a square haircut (elementary, without accessories) As the master said, we don't do that. I do not recommend this barbershop, which is on Sviridova Street. The service is disgusting, out of 5 visits, they cut their hair normally only once. The queue is forming strangely, it feels like "their own" are being added, who suddenly come out of turn to get a haircut. Another action every third haircut of 4p is not respected. In general, free cheese is only in a mousetrap, we will go to a more decent barbershop with competent employees.

And then, when you enter the ToTo barbershop, like in a theater starting from a hanger, you see an electronic queue stand, friendly craftsmen, charging for a phone during a haircut. The main thing is that the masters cut it quickly for about 20 minutes. Yes, 5 for washing hair and cleaning the "antennas". All this is under the cover of a hair cape with a transparent opening for viewing the phone. These are all small details that form a good overall picture.
Pleasantly surprised. At first I read the name as "Toto" in honor of Toto from The Wizard of Oz. When I left the barbershop after a haircut, I realized the correct reading of "That's it." A review about an institution on Sviridova Street.
I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this barbershop "TOTO" surprised me.
When I arrived at the institution, I was offered to take off my mask! (medical) they say it will interfere with getting a haircut! I'm very sorry, but my health is more important than a little difficulty for the master to pull back the elastic band of the mask and cut behind the ear. And in the current situation.
Even more interesting, of the two masters, only one was wearing a mask. I won't talk about gloves at all.
Yes, of course, the masters told me a lot how well everything is disinfected, but, excuse me, a room without windows! the door is closed, there is no fresh air coming in at all.
Regarding the haircut.
I would call the range of services provided "Just how". At first, I said that the sides are usually very short, from zero, more is left on top - about three fingers, and I comb my hair to the side. I won't even comment on what was done to me! And to my words that you cut it very short, the girl replied: "maybe we misunderstood each other"
As a result, the haircut is sloppy, individual hairs stick out on the sides, and I had to clean up the excess myself above the ears.
I understand that there is a price factor, and people go for that kind of money, but personally I would not recommend this institution.
