A small business center with a cozy Silpo and a couple of good establishments. On the third floor opposite the Enrgym there is a bar with a summer roof terrace and a hookah, especially good here at sunset

A good center on the territory of which there is one of the best gyms in Kiev, this is Energim. There is not enough jewelry workshop.
