Many thanks to the travel agency "Turkafe" for a perfectly organized vacation! We flew to Thailand, to the stunning Koh Chang Island, with a transfer in Dubai, and everything went perfectly.
From the very beginning, I was impressed by the clarity of the team's work – they picked up a convenient route, helped us with all the paperwork and gave us a lot of useful advice. The transfer in Dubai turned out to be comfortable, thanks to the details worked out in advance.
Koh Chang Island is a paradise! Crystal clear water, snow-white beaches, stunning nature and incredible sunsets. The hotel exceeded expectations – cozy, with a wonderful view of the sea. We especially thank the managers for their recommendations on excursions: We fed elephants, swam in a waterfall and quad bikes through the jungle left an indelible impression!

The rest was a success. It's not the first time in Turkey and Egypt, but for the first time I decided to write a review. I was in Egypt at the 5* Golf Beach Resort by Rixos. I chose this hotel on a burning ticket out of 17 offered on the advice of Veronica's manager. And he didn't regret it. It turned out to be just an excellent price/quality ratio. The manager immediately feels like a pro, deep knowledge of hotels. For all my trips to Turkey and Egypt, it was the best escort: I told everything in detail, tried very hard, worried. The time of departure and arrival turned out to be perfect. Thank you very much.

I applied to this agency in October 2023, flew with a friend to the Maldives. They asked for preferences, budget, and selected several options for us. We have prepared for us all the necessary documents for the flight, check-in, declarations, warned about baggage transportation, what is possible, what is not. During the rest, they were interested in how to relax, advised us places where we can go on excursions. Excellent accompaniment throughout our exciting journey. Svetlana was our manager, we did not regret that we turned to her.
