I fully agree with the previous review. We lived in the central building, compared to it, the spa rooms are just a fairy tale. The bathroom is not just small, but VERY small, there was almost no hot water, besides, there was a problem with the quality of the water. As a result, 2/3 of the guests have food poisoning. They called an ambulance every day, the insurance doctor saved them (he put 2 ivs). My strong recommendations to tourists before traveling are to study the reviews about this hotel, because people are systematically poisoned in it. The management of the hotel (Marina Vasilyevna) did not come out to talk. And another question is where the sanitary services look if the ambulance calls 2-3 times a day and there is an official.appeals??? (Lived from January 3, 2022 to January 8, 2022)

We just returned from a week-long tour. We were accommodated in this hotel in the SPA building.
In general, the number itself corresponds to the picture on the site, but not all of the listed content is in it.
WI-FI is not designed for such a number of people, it did not pull at all.
The food is for an amateur, the portions always varied: a side dish for the whole plate, and a couple of pieces of meat.
The infrastructure of the hotel is weak: there are almost no activities, just billiards. There's not much to do there after dinner.
As for water, it is a special kind of art, as they say. In the morning, instead of hot, it is barely summer, for a couple of days it was black in the shower.
The only GREAT + cleanliness in the rooms. Every day, beds were made in our room, toilet paper was renewed, and air was ventilated. The cleaning service works there for everyone!
If there was a choice to stay at this hotel again, then definitely not.

A cozy wonderful place in the Carpathians. The room was warm and spacious. Breakfasts and dinners are excellent. The service is on the level.
