My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tent rental services. All tents are in excellent condition, easy to assemble and convenient to use. The prices were adequate, and the staff were attentive and responsive. We had a very cool weekend thanks to this rental!♥️

A good selection of equipment. They work quite smartly, they help with the right choice.
But one thing happened that wasn't very pleasant BUT:
There were few people at the time when I took my skis.. practically no one, so as soon as I came in, we started selecting equipment for me (I mean, the work did not require very fast speed, because there is no queue)
The shoes were picked up - OK
The skis were picked up - OK
They asked for the weight, adjusted the skis and all that.
But at the moment of being on the slope, when I tried to get up and snap into the clips, I noticed that the clips are not the size of the shoe.
I.e., I stand, they snap, and I calmly take out my foot, because the shoe does not fasten in length (it just falls out of the clips)
The most unpleasant thing is that I am already on the slope,
skiing at night (there is nowhere to call to ask "what should I do?"), I am all in gear, and I need to solve the problem somehow (the skipass has already been bought, time is running out)
Fortunately, at the reception point I was able to ask for help, and quite quickly they just moved the heel mount 1-2 cm closer to the toe and I went to have fun on the slope.
Total:
- Spent ~40 minutes troubleshooting
- Additionally, n is the amount for helping a person
- It's awesome how I sweated while running in ski boots in search of someone who can help :)
It's a pity most of the time, money is nonsense
And this malfunction was not on one ski, but on two, i.e. they did not seem to be regulated at all, there is no queue, there is nowhere to hurry... Why did this happen? It remains a mystery to me.
Upon arrival on the trail. the day, and the delivery of the equipment, I did not say anything and clarify the relationship, because there was already a large load of people from the guys... And I didn't see the person who regulated me, so I decided to share my feedback with everyone.

Just terrible service. I made a preliminary order for the equipment, the administrator called and confirmed everything. And when, on the appointed day, I came to order, this equipment was not available. When I asked why they didn't call me and warn me, the workers mumbled and couldn't say anything. We started to pick up new equipment on the spot: they have it in the database, but it is not available. I spent half an hour putting everything together. I asked about the discount for the compensation of the joint, they said yes, the discount will be 2p =))
In general, there is no service.

The bike rental is just disgusting. Before arriving, I checked the availability several times, they said that there would be a bike. Upon arrival, it turned out that no one even tried to clarify the availability. They said that everything was under repair. As a result, they offered a bike where the rear wheel went eight and only the rear brake worked. It seems that this is not at all what a store specializing in outdoor goods should offer

The tents are super, they didn't fly away, and thanks for that. Decompose it into two times, and assemble it turned out to be ten times... Four people could fit in the double room! They took sleeping bags, there were only not enough pillows for complete happiness. In general, we had a good rest in nature with tents (they also rested).

Alas, there were not the most pleasant impressions from this rental. First, we contacted by phone to clarify the availability of snowboards and boots. Without specifying our parameters (height, weight, leg size), we were assured that everything is available and, in case of arrival within half an hour, all necessary equipment can be rented. After our arrival at the specified time, a very small number of snowboard boards were present on the shelves and those that were available were of large sizes. However, all incoming phone calls were still answered by the staff that all the necessary equipment was available. As a result, after a 30-minute wait in a queue of two people, we were informed that there was no necessary inventory. It seemed that the guys at the box office are working without much enthusiasm and do not yet have experience of well-coordinated teamwork (three employees served two guests very slowly), and this is only the beginning of the winter season with an incredibly large number of people at the box office. We had to urgently look for another place to practice, where, unlike this institution, we clarified all our necessary data by phone and after 40 minutes we received all the necessary equipment.

I give two stars only for the fact that nice young guys who work well together and politely enough.
But in general, the rest is very angry. We took a tent and an air mattress. A mattress that deflated in an hour of just lying on the ground. The night was very heavy, it had rained before. The mood is spoiled, expectations have not been fulfilled. I highly recommend that everyone check inflatable items at home for several hours. And when returning on time, arrive at least an hour and a half before the deadline. The queues on Sunday are long and slow.

The work of the employee at the point leaves much to be desired, as well as rental bicycles. We rented two bicycles at 18:08 for three hours, the actual time when we rode them was 25, the bicycles did not look at the serviceability, as prescribed in the contract, after 150 meters we realized that it was impossible to ride one of them because of the dead wing, we went to change, okay. We agreed to bring it at 21:00 (according to the contract, the time was 21:08), we arrived at 2 minutes, the employee's trace was gone, they did not call us, they did not answer themselves (they called for a long time and persistently), we sat under the door for an hour because we could not take the bicycles home, we got through to the corporate manager, who contacted the management told me to come the next day to sort it out. Where should I put the bicycles? Let's go, we bought a lock and fastened it under the cameras, which may be recorded, but for half a day, or maybe not, according to the corporate manager. But there are no questions for him, actually. We arrived in the morning, we were charged 70-something rubles overdue for the bicycles that were under their cameras. When asked what happened yesterday, the employee replied that he left home at 21 (we only agreed to bring him at 21), the person did not have the idea to wait a couple of minutes, and not leave minute by minute with an agreement. When asked why he decided to leave and did not even call, did not find out what was wrong with the lease, he said that he thought we HAD DECIDED TO EXTEND IT IN THIS WAY. Why do they ask for a room when renting, if they simply do not use it?? Service? Not a recommendation, bicycles are a big word, but you will return them for another couple of hours, buying locks and sitting under the doors yourself, and then they will ask you for money for overdue time. We would have been paid for the time, nerves and the lock😉

It's cool that there are places where you can just rent everything you need for a hike. The prices are reasonable, a daily rental agreement is being drawn up. There is a cashless payment terminal among the disadvantages - they are fined for a dirty and wet tent, but after the rain it was a shame, it seemed like it was not our fault - it rained all weekend. But the fine is small, so it's not too scary to take a tent from them several times and I'll take it only from them. Like it

Good afternoon, I was in this project several times, everything seems to be in order, but the last time everything changed somehow, I made a reservation a week in advance, on arrival on the appointed day I spent a lot of time proving that I had booked and that I had called in advance. Well, okay, with grief for the floors, they found my reservation and said that some kind of a call. When I arrived to rent, I was a little late, but I was not sure what I would need to pay extra, what was my surprise that in a couple of hours of delay I had to pay more than 2 days of rent and it was already strange. I hope the company will improve its work and I highly recommend that you fix the booking number for customers so that they can show you something besides your passport and phone.
