We took the car from 10.06.24 to 13.06.24. The car is in very good condition, fully serviced. We talked on WhatsApp, answered all questions quickly. We took a Toyota Prado, I got used to the dimensions in the first 40 minutes. (The girl is 23 years old). Very comfortable, in general, the consumption is not high. The owner is a very nice person, they left the deposit as it should be. The car was returned a little late, no one was swearing. I checked the car so that we didn't leave anything in it, I didn't even check the outside, although I wasn't worried in principle. There are very small patches on the body before that, the owner showed them himself. I recommend it, from the bottom of my heart from Anapa. We rented a Toyota Prada for a few days. Everything went great! The owner is Arthur, a very nice man, a good car. Everything went without any problems. Moreover, they suggested the best way to go and even gave contacts in a cool hotel in Tatev.
We left a deposit - it was returned as soon as we handed over the car. All without deception and hidden surcharges!
I highly recommend it.
The price of the car is also very good.

We would like to express our great gratitude to Arthur for his efficiency and responsiveness, the quality of the car and customer orientation. I found this agency in the maps based on reviews, wrote to the wats ap it turned out that it was a day off, but Arthur responded to our request and after 40 minutes we were already sitting in the office with the paperwork and took the car 10 minutes later. The car was taken by Tayota Fortuner, they had never driven such a car in their lives, so there were no expectations. At first, it was not usual that when you press the gas, the Fortunera automatic transmission does not react cheerfully, compared with the new automatic transmission formats. After a couple of dozen kilometers, you get used to its rhythm and drive confidently. Both girls and boys were driving, it was also quite comfortable on the serpentine and the dimensions did not create inconveniences. Taking into account our route Yerevan-Geghard-Garni-Jermuk-Sevan-Gyumri-Yerevan, we passed the serpentine, plains and mountains without a hitch. THANK YOU Arthur for not charging us any extra charges, although we were a little late with the delivery of the car. GOOD LUCK AND PROSPERITY TO YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I spent a lot of time choosing a car rental service: first I watched the network operators, then I moved on to private ones. I've been on the phone with different people. As a result, I settled on a Travel Agent and am very glad about it.
We took a Land Cruiser Prado for a week in early January 2023. All communications are extremely convenient and understandable. We called, then went to Whatsapp, where we discussed all the issues, agreed on the time and place of the fence. I sent a photo of all the documents in advance, and by the time I arrived, the contract was ready. It took a maximum of 10 minutes to pick up the car. The car is great. The return of the car also took place very quickly. Moreover, in the evening we returned to the city a little later than agreed. And the owner of the car rental went to meet us - we just took the car to another address without any fines and problems. Special thanks for that!
There is already a magnetic phone holder in the car, which we did not think to take with us. Considering that I use the same in my car, it was extremely convenient for me to navigate.

We took a Land Cruiser Prado for the weekend. The car was in good technical condition, smooth and smooth running, without extraneous sounds, plenty of space. A child safety seat is also provided. We took a Toyota Fortuner SUV for 4 days. A great car, we got into the snow on the pass, behaved perfectly on mountain roads and off-road. Low prices at the box office, a small deposit, a typical good-natured manager,. The car was taken at 9 a.m. and returned at 12:00 by agreement. We drove it through Armenia for about 2000 km. Head Arthur makes concessions, no penalties for delay. I recommend this particular rental. We went around to him and looked at more than one company in Yerevan. This is the best one. On your next visit, we will definitely rent only here!!!
