We were celebrating a birthday. I didn't like the food at all. And all the guests said it with one voice. Music is normal for people from 55+, it's not the place for young people at all. I only liked the waiter. I tried very hard and did my job well. Only I give him 3 stars instead of 1. We concluded for ourselves: before booking an institution for a big event, go in advance and try how they cook there. We definitely won't go anymore)

I was at a corporate party in this institution - the food was on the level, the staff tried to try (the exception was the cloakroom attendant and the cleaner), the program seemed tolerable for those over 40 ... BUT! What's the catch? Yes, it's just that the administration overestimated the capacity of the institution and the number of invited guests, who barely fit, as a result of which neither guests nor waiters could squeeze through to individual tables, and therefore you can not mention the dance floor at all - it's clear and the way IT WAS! It is worth mentioning separately about the chairs that were folded under the guests one or two times and the fat layer that covers every square centimeter of the room's surfaces, if this is a Mexican snack bar. The prices for Minsk are satisfactory, the atmosphere is uncertain.
Considering the above, I will not go again. I hope that after this review, the administration of a FRIEND will draw the necessary conclusions! good luck!

Many thanks to Larisa, the banquet administrator (if the position does not match, I apologize), who helped to make the menu, advised and suggested all the points that needed to be taken into account, we contacted her by phone, because we do not live in Minsk, and the anniversary was celebrated in Minsk. We express special gratitude and appreciation for the good service to the waitress Ekaterina. Katyusha is a young, friendly and responsive girl. The interior of a Friend can be said to have ten points out of ten. The wish is to add exhibits in the meantime. Young people will wonder how it was before, and we will remember him, about our youth. Everything is very good!!!
The only thing is that the live music was sooo loud (maybe this remark is due to older age), and the young people were coming off at 100%. But I believe that it is necessary to take into account the interests of all generations, especially with the attributes of that time.

We have been to the institution more than once. Of the advantages of the room itself: convenient location, city center. According to the design: the place has its own idea, it is embodied in the interior. I'm 36 and I don't remember the USSR perfectly, but I remember the demonstrations, sitting on my father's neck, and the red flags :)) For people over 40, the interior, the spirit will be very close. It's nostalgia, it's youth and youth, of course such things catch on.
For me, the kitchen here stands up to criticism, consistently good. The menu is not insanely extensive, but in general there is everything you need, coffee is quite good, alcoholic cocktails have always been brought to us personally of a normal level of quality and the price tag for alcohol is average in the city. The spirit of the institution also extends to the menu - the time of the Union, so for high French cuisine, of course, not here. It just needs to be understood and then the impressions will be good. I like salads - everything is always fresh and without distortions.
Maintenance: we had no problems. A waiter was needed, they found it with their eyes - the guys reacted quickly. The bill and so on - everything is fast too. Getting through to book a table is always easy.
I repeat that I often have dinner somewhere just for a pleasant evening, relax, chat. And there are two things that I do not like in establishments and do not return to such places: too loud modern music and the presence of drunken noisy youth. As for the latter: this place is not about them, so you can safely have a business dinner, and chat with friends / family, everyone behaves adequately.
99% of the reason we returned to this place after the first visit is music. 1. She is "alive" here, 2. She is also of good quality.
I've been to dozens of concerts in my life. Yes, I appreciate the live performance, the voice, the instruments, the sound, the pitch, the charisma of the speakers, the ability to hold the hall, etc. I have also been to Minsk institutions with live sound more than once. And unfortunately, we don't have enough good execution. In principle, there is little of it, but there are few good ones. A young man and a girl sing in this institution. Repertoire: 80s-90s-modernity. The musical part starts at 20:00 (Fri. and Sat. there is always, other days must be clarified with the administrator), a competent breakdown: a music block, a break of 20 minutes, again a block. This is how people manage to dance and have dinner/chat. My experienced ear immediately noted the professional approach to sound - a good sound level in general. The girl and the young man have different types of voices, but both sound great separately and as a duet. A good pitch, it is immediately clear that people have not come to work their hours, but are working with pleasure and buzz from the process. The girl excitedly goes out to sing dancing girly songs, she has a good voice. The male part of this duo perfectly sings songs a little "heavier" and lyrics and works great with the audience: tactful communication, the ability to create a mood, charisma - it's nice to see such an approach to work. For an additional fee, you can order your favorite songs and the guys are doing great, well done, they know and can sing a lot of hits.
In fact, now we come there to have dinner and listen to a live and high-quality performance of well-known hits in a relaxed atmosphere. I recommend.
