THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORKING!!!!!!! we booked a room from September 1 to 5 and what was our surprise when, approaching the hotel, my face rested with the door closed tightly! The policeman who was not far away - said that this hotel has not been working for a long time, then found someone else to call... my husband picked up the phone, and on the other side we were told "Your card did not pass when we tried to withdraw the room rate" To my "and where is the hotel itself? Where's the number? Who are you?" they didn't answer anything and eventually hung up... I didn't understand anything. It's strange where the policeman found this number, who was on the other side, and what is going on in this city...??? after that, we spent half the night wandering around the city center with bags, trying to stay somewhere, but everywhere the rooms were unavailable. Thanks to Baku, as a result, it could not spoil my impression of this beautiful city. But this hotel is most likely some kind of scammers.

Terrible place, feeling like I was in prison - low iron beds, small rooms. The view from the window is disgusting. When they brought us there, there was an unpleasant aftertaste and we quickly left there. Although we were promised a very cozy, good hotel.

Dirty! The bed linen is not fresh, some gray color, someone's hair is present. Towels with spots and holes. The room has an unpleasant smell of suffocation and sewage. The heated towel rail does not work. Breakfast (included in the price) is one name, you should not even count on it. Cleaning the room is to throw out the trash and make the bed (and then it's not always). There are no masking nets on the windows. The hotel positions itself as "3 stars", but they are far from this level! The price for such a "service" is very high! The only plus of the hotel is its location (in the Old Town, near the metro and with all the main attractions), but I do not advise anyone to this hotel, you should not spoil your vacation and the impression of the city / country.
