The hotel is super. Four stars for sure.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are simply gorgeous.
Cocktails have tried everything. The staff is very friendly. Shev is a great cook. Live music 2 or 3 times a week. The room was cleaned every other day. I recommend. I didn't want to swim in the pool next to the sea, we reached it in 10 minutes and enjoyed the beautiful sea. We visited different beaches every day. Diving with a mask is a pleasure!

The hotel is for unpretentious tourists. The rooms are quite spacious and austerely furnished. The room has a small kitchen, but all the cutlery and dishes are missing due to covid. Hot water without interruptions. Towels are changed every other day. The linen is clean and new. For a deposit of 5 euros, you can take a hairdryer, beach towels, iron, adapter. I am glad that there are few guests in the hotel: quiet, cozy, calm. The pool area is also a bit OK.
The hotel has a good restaurant. A varied and extensive menu, days of various national cuisines are regularly held. Guest artists perform three times a week.
In addition to the austere and rather old-fashioned interior, the disadvantage is the distance from the sea and from the evening entertainment center.

I went with a friend in July. For the first time in Cyprus, a great republic, sun, sea, beach, locals do not pay attention to tourists at all, this is good) No one expects a tip from you and does not look like a monkey)

We arrive in Cyprus late at night, the transfer takes everything to the hotels, each hotel is better than the other, stylish, white and on the beach, I do not drop us off, as a result, it turns out that we are the last ones who need to be brought))) this has already confused us)
and now the bus stops, we thought that for technical reasons, but no, they call our names, we leave the hotel and are in SHOCK! there is no beauty around, no architecture, no sea, just a building whose paint has peeled off! the territory is at zero, the asphalt is stripped, the reception is the face of the hotel. As you know, the face is not very good))
A friend almost cried (this is not a cheap tour, because surprise) reviews were not read when buying. They check us in and give us 4 sandwiches (disgusting), we go into the room, and again we were not happy. There is an unpleasant smell, the bathroom is in terrible condition, everything is rusty and yellow. Fortunately, the room was HUGE)
this is the only plus. The view from the balcony leaves much to be desired. 2 shabby Christmas trees and somewhere out there in the distance, a piece of the sea.
nutrition. Overall, not bad. BUT every day, it's the same for breakfast! lunch and dinner were different, everything was fried, greasy, who's on a diet? :D Forget about the figure)))
I was hoping to drink some delicious wine)) After all, Cyprus is famous for it. Yeah, in general, I drank wine from boxes, which, in my opinion, consists of 80% alcohol))) Oh, yes, a cool pool))) and his etching is probably the only thing I liked)
The sea is far away) while I was walking to the sea, I was burned, the beach in Protaras is not very good) I advise you to go to Nissi Beach-it's just WOW! konnos Bay, blue lagoon and many others)

We had a rest together with my sister from 08/08/2021 to 08/13/2021. We were looking for a budget, decent hotel. It's him! For me, the main advantage of the room was that it consists of two isolated rooms. The bedroom and living room are each equipped with air conditioning, a bed, and from the balcony there was a side view of the sea and garden... There are garbage cans at the bottom)) I didn't notice them from the 2nd floor. It was important for us in different rooms, because each has its own preferences for air conditioning, TV, etc. There are euro sockets in the rooms, you can immediately take adapters for a deposit of 2.5 euros and a second key for a deposit, and as it turned out now, you could take a hair dryer. They didn't ask about the hair dryer, they lived without it!))) And they survived! The food in the hotel is very decent, they took half board, you can change dinner for lunch, the staff is friendly, cleaning and linen change daily. Water is not included, there is no cooler, but the nearest shop is two steps away, 5 liters 1.5 euros. The disadvantages are annoying and small. There is not a single hook in the bathroom, it is not convenient, there is no toothbrush cup, it did not work and the safe was never repaired. There is a kettle, but they do not give any dishes, no cups, no plates. Coronavirus. We bought two glasses at the nearest store and made do with them. The beaches all along the coast are beautiful, in my opinion. Small and slightly larger coves, the coast is indented by volcanic rocks, mostly yellow sand. There are coves equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, and completely wild, not a soul! Don't lie on it..ope exactly, take a walk along the shore, the promenade in both directions, this is painting! There is a 102-minute walk to the center of Protaros, a stop in front of the hotel at the pharmacy. The ticket is 1.5 euros. Don't forget about driving on the left. The bus will come from the right)). We walked to the center of Protaros along the sea for 15-25 minutes walking distance. Car and bicycle rentals are right around the corner, as are excursions. Sightseeing tours in Cyprus from 25-55 euros. We went skiing in the mountains, but it was hard, serpentine, we left at 7.30 and returned at 20.30. As part of the cultural program, visit Cape Poco Greco (do not climb the mountain in the heat, go in the evening), the Bridge of Kisses, the Church of St. Luke. Cyprus is beautiful! Have a good rest!!!

A three-star hotel.
Little. Plain.
The room is cleaned every other day. Linen, towels are also changed every other day, clean, fresh. air conditioning is paid. 5 euros per day. You just can't sleep without it, the heat is terrible. You're just suffocating.
The nearest beach is a 10-15 minute walk away.
The beach is clean. Sand. The sunbed is 5 euros.
The room is a little dirty. (maybe because the tiles are old...)
The room itself is not bad, we have a kitchen set. We cooked it ourselves sometimes.
And the bathroom is not very small, everything is old. But fortunately, I washed up quickly and went ...

Actually, they settle here to drink, but no one bothers anyone. Well, unless the tractor wakes up at six in the morning on the left at the construction site and rattles, and the tractor driver stands next to it and discusses important life issues and so on until seven in the morning, then the discussions move to the digging site. But the view is wonderful, the pool is wonderful, the hotel stands on the outskirts, and was once just gorgeous, by the way, it is interesting architecturally, everything is big there.
And on the right side, trucks are rumbling at eight o'clock, there has been a small construction site there for ten years, as well as a spontaneous warehouse of building materials.
It's a wonderfully boring place, it's nice here. A kestrel is hanging in front of the window. We were there at the end of the season, and for the last five days we lived in this hotel completely alone. Every day chairs disappeared from the hall, all sorts of tables, umbrellas, sun beds, it seemed to me that the Langolfiers would come for us. It's a pity that they close so early, the water was warm for the taste of St. Petersburg.

Everything you need for a family of 4 people (2 children) is in the room.
the dishes were minimal, but we had enough.
they cleaned every other day, the bed and towels were changed at the same time.

For a BUDGET holiday, I really LIKED this hotel. The caretaker at the hotel always kept an eye on the pool. Everyone, both adults and children, liked to swim there. The two-room rooms are large and cozy with a kitchen. The bath is convenient because if you get burned, you can lie down in cold water. The reception staff is Russian-speaking.

I don't even know where to start..
1) Location
It doesn't seem to be located in the best place.. Many, for example, my friends or relatives would spit on the location.. But it suited me.
It seems to be located far enough from the entertainment center, from Protara Street.. But on the first day, when we walked around during the day and had dinner in the evening on the Protar, we realized that the fare would cost 5 euros for two (400 rubles), then we thought "well, whatever" and went on foot.. 25 minutes at a leisurely pace and you're at the hotel. And the whole week that we rested there, we walked back and forth EVERY DAY. The beach is literally 5-10 minutes away. The beach, which is located opposite the hotel, if you can call it that, is one of the best. The only one who seemed better than him was Sunrise, which is opposite the same Protara Street.
2) food:
Breakfast was not taken - passing by the breakfast area in the morning, the desire to eat did not appear from the smells, but rather the opposite.
They brought a pack of cereals with them (it cost 60 rubles here, and 400 rubles in Cyprus exactly the same) - they bought a bottle of milk on the first day for 150 rubles and, in fact, for 120 rubles they were provided with breakfast for the whole week)
3) animals:
There are ants in sufficient numbers, there are small cockroaches too (I saw two during the entire rest period). From the more exotic - I got a decent-sized spider near the pool, but this cannot be linked to the hotel - it could be anywhere)
4) Swimming pool
The water in the pool is clean, the pool is not deep - 135 cm. There is a smooth descent in one place.
5) Rooms
As for the quality of the rooms, there is only one thing to say - I am ready to spend the night there (which I actually did). I wouldn't have any desire to live there around the clock, but that's not why we're going to the islands, is it?)
To spend the night, have breakfast and go for a walk somewhere until the evening - that's the thing.
We bought it for SOOO little money - the flight was the next day. For a large sum, I would have thought many times..
There were two air conditioners in the room, but both were paid. They are tied up at the reception, so it will not work for a handy Russian to trick them into an outlet)). On the first day, out of habit, they took one air conditioner in the bedroom, on the second day, having already got used to the climate, they completely managed with open windows.
6) infrastructure:
there is a bus stop right next to the hotel - if you are too lazy to walk or you are going to go somewhere far away (to Kavo Greco for example or to ayanappa) - no problems at all. exactly 20 seconds walk from the hotel entrance to the bus stop :)
Within a five-minute walk (to the left if you stand with your back to the hotel and face the sea) there are souvenir shops and small supermarkets with food. The prices of souvenirs in these stores are mostly the same or lower than in Protara. They took a lot from the Bazaar store (one of the farthest from the hotel) - a pleasant Russian-speaking woman told a lot of things, showed them and gave them a try :)
7) Hotel
The hotel has two advantages. Russian-speaking staff and showers. Two girls at the reception spoke well, the third slightly, but mixed with English it is easy to find a common language.
And many people have a question before leaving... Check out of the room at 12, and the bus will pick you up at 17. What should I do? But it's okay. Put on beach clothes, put things in a separate bag / bag in which you will fly, pack your suitcases, hand everything over to the reception and go for a walk as usual) to the beach or to the city.. We arrived back at the hotel 40 minutes before departure. Downstairs, on the 1st floor, there is a great shower in which you can clean yourself up on the road.
The waiter from the nearby Pizza Hut was impressed. When we went in there, he said with a sooo strong accent, "Wait, wait for you or with you?". As if they had never left their native Rostiks-kfs))
Summing up the results. With a good discount, you can go. For the full price, I would look for more.

Shops are 100-150 meters away. There is a bus stop nearby. The staff is Russian-speaking. They always help out.

A hotel for unassuming people. Everything is modest. There are not enough necessary small things in the room. There is no towel rack in the bathroom. A hairdryer is not provided. Tap water runs intermittently. There is almost no pressure at all several times a minute. Because of this, the shower has to be turned on periodically again. Air conditioning for an additional fee.The board is working. Adapters for sockets are sold at the hotel for 1 Euro. You will not be able to turn on your electronic devices without it. Some rooms in the hotel, including studios, overlook the road, where there is a cafe of Mexican cuisine nearby. They really like to have loud fun until the night. It is impossible to sleep. The first beach (small, a lot of people, the water is dirty) is a 10-minute walk away. The other beach is a 15-minute walk away. The beach is bigger, the water is cleaner. It takes about half an hour to walk to a good beach, if you take your time... The water there is just lovely, transparent, turquoise. The sand is fine. The big beach of Larnaca.

Nice apartments. They are large and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. The only negative is the yellow plumbing. But maybe because of the water quality. In general, not for the squeamish.
Good location. Within a 5-minute walk there are gorgeous beaches for any choice - with or without children. The center of Protaras is a 20-minute walk away.

I've been thinking for a long time whether to put three or four stars. The hotel itself is not so bad, but...
one of the advantages is free Wi-Fi. This is not everywhere in Cyprus. The signal quality is very good, and my phone was catching the hotel Wi-Fi 100 meters from the hotel itself.
One of the disadvantages is paid air conditioning. 5 euros per day! :-This is at an outdoor temperature of 35 degrees Celsius! Next, the water pressure is constantly changing, and because of this, the shower turns off. The plumber who came on call said that this is how the automation works. This is nonsense! That's how broken automation works.
One of the features is the neighborhood of a Mexican restaurant. And it's quite noisy... Especially on Fridays - they have a karaoke contest or something like that. Those who like a quiet holiday are unlikely to like it, I recommend the rest to join the competition. ;-)
It takes ten to fifteen minutes to walk to the sea. The large Protaras beach is 30 minutes away.

The location is far from the sea. A lot of ants, paid air conditioning, no bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes. The refrigerator freezes badly. They gave out 1 small tube of shampoo and a small round soap (and there were two of us in the room) and did not report anything else for a week. The plumbing is average, but working. Of the advantages - Wifi is normal, cafes are nearby, there are enough dishes in a pile.the corner.
