The service of the guests is at the level, but the level of specialists for the dealership for the money they pump out does not correspond - they have zero diagnostics at all. I do not recommend making a diagnosis at this address.
The sales department is on top. A test drive, assistance in choosing a loan. Everything is fine. But the service is as always. I waited for an oil change for 1.5 hours. It turned out that all this time the car did not even go to work. I had to wait another hour. The warranty specialist, without even looking at the car (the varnish on the decorative element has peeled off), immediately makes it clear that this is not a warranty case. And then he claims that we put the pads on ourselves, although we bought a car with them. At the end of the conversation, we are again made to understand that it is useless to apply under warranty.
At the appointed time, I met the deputy head of the sales department, Yuri Zaiko. I thoroughly familiarized myself with the model of interest, then a test drive (everything is clear, fast, absolutely free). I'm selling an old car and I want to buy a Toyota Camry

Very affordable prices for THAT. There is no imposition of unnecessary unjustified replacements of consumables (you urgently need to replace half of your car).
I had to use the services of this service center to pass my RAV4 with a mileage of 50000km. Everything is very decent. When voicing the price, a price tag of 250 Belarusian rubles (7,500 Russian rubles) was assigned, upon arrival at the center, taking into account the 10% discount of the weekend, it turned out to be 200 rubles (6,000 Russian rubles). Everything was done on time and efficiently. The staff is very polite. The car was washed at the end, as it should be. A very pleasant impression from visiting the car dealership and the service center.
There were also bodywork for that. Again, such pathos, a Toyota dealer... and comments on work as for schoolchildren. In response, they did not notice, they forgot...
