Good afternoon. I have been to many Toyota dealerships, both in Kazakhstan and in Russia. Perhaps this is the most comfortable service center. Delicious coffee, and a comfortable Relaxation room.
Choosing a car, I am more inclined to Toyota....the only question is the quality of service in the service, if everything is done efficiently here, then there should be no questions...and so the staff are polite, helpful, but I think we need to know more about the quality and features of the product.. and it was possible to put information about the history of the concern and its products in the showroom itself...
In general, the service is good. But often some kind of failures are allowed due to the inattention of the staff who conducted the maintenance. But for this there are master receptionists, who must double-check everything before issuing the car to the owner. So far, this is weak, although it's time to gain more experience, since the center has been more than 5 years old.
