I use the services of this center only as a last resort, since the prices are high and the quality of service is low.
Case 1. I signed up for a scheduled maintenance: engine oil change + filters + chassis diagnostics. After a while, it is reported that the leak in the root gland + several rubber bands and silent blocks should be changed in the suspension + brake linings. I say: "change the oil seal + silent blocks."
They call and say, "The car is ready." After 15 minutes, they call back: "The car won't start." I speak: "There were no launch problems before I came to you."
They call an hour later: "Come and get it." It turned out that the car did not start, as some diagnostic operations were not performed after the battery was folded back.
When I picked up the car, I paid attention to the list of works and did not see oil and filter changes there. It turned out that they forgot to do what I originally came for. I had to come back a week later.
And after the intervention of the service specialists, the automatic transmission began to work unstable.
After 10 thousand km, I drove to another service, asked to see the brake linings, they said that there were still about 30% of them left.
Case 2. The task is the same as in the previous case. This time, the oil and filter were changed – everything is normal. But when diagnosing the running gear, the need to replace the rubber bands was not indicated, although nothing was done there. Self-healing, it seems.
He complained that after the last intervention in the box, it began to work worse. They said that some kind of "adaptation" needed to be done…
Apparently, they just forgot to carry out some kind of standard procedure after removing / installing the box.
