It is clear that the center in Astana is larger and it is the capital, but the official dealer and its pricing policy should be the same, and most importantly, the quality!

The service staff has no desire to communicate with the client, help him, explain, advise. I came here only because the car was under Toyota warranty, and the road to Pavlodar was closed. A completely different approach compared to colleagues from Pavlodar. All communication boils down to getting the client to part with the money, not to help. After paying the bill, people change, they can even smile. Customer focus is zero!
