A nice waiting area for customers, but try to find the right employee, because no one will greet you. We arrived for diagnostics, again, no one can say how long to wait in line, because cameras from empty lifts are for customers, not employees, how long the diagnosis itself will take place. After 30 minutes, the car was taken away. They sat down to wait. For customers tea, coffee, water.... Oh, sorry, for employees, and when a customer wants to buy water, because his throat is dry for an hour, they say it's free, before that, employees only came there every minute. When you try to make coffee, they look at you like you're going to use up their priceless coffee on yourself. Diagnostics in Toyota costs 10,000, and in Lexus 12,000, although there is only one service. They promised to check the battery on the hybrid - as a result, they said a good battery, but in fact they do not check the cells separately, which self-respecting services do!!! If you have a choice over another service, then in no case do you need to go here!
I came to order and pay for consumables for a large order. In general, I tried to explain to them that I was a customer and brought them money, but this did not affect their consciousness in any way, they referred to the general rules of Toyota, although I was in Toyota Russia and Turkey. In general, I decided not to continue to communicate with them and bring them money)
