i bought a Toyota Yaris Dream xpack 2023 model car on 17.04.2025. When introducing the vehicle, I was told that there was a single scratch on the door. After receiving the vehicle, it was communicated to me by three different tires that I could not pass the inspection with this tire, it urgently needed to be changed. Later, when the black dots on the windshield incredibly disrupted my driving safety while driving the car, I immediately went to a glass service. I was told that there were iron dust and stone scratches on all my windows. After that, I went to the service where I had my maintenance done and had the vehicle checked. It was determined by personally showing that the brake pads of the vehicle were exhausted, that there was a short life left on the (front) discs. As a result, I lost 7000tl of brake pad replacement, 7000tl of window repair, 3800tl of tire replacement, 17,800 TL of money and priceless time.

But after picking up the car, I found the fleet rental documents in the glove compartment. He gave me a lot of confidence, which you deserve. Cake polish was made on the vehicle. From the adhering iron dust on the windows, I guessed that probably the entire vehicle was covered with iron dust. However, this situation was not told to my side either.
