Greetings, Although it is called by the name Toyota, I took my mercedes brand car to the sales master because of the engine hitting the left front door with a reference from the period when I used toyota before. Decently, I recognized him immediately despite the intervening 10 years and was tremendously interested. I told him that the engine crashed while opening the door of my car, although the authorized service and all other masters said that the door would be painted completely, or the door would change, the sales master told me not to worry, they would save the door and it would be taken care of with local paint. we explained it in such confident and expert language that I did not call him until the delivery day, which I was told with peace of mind. Two days before the delivery day came, he called and said that I could pick up the car now. I was really surprised when I went to the service! because the sales master had turned the door into the first day without removing it and making paste filling. I have not met with the insurance company even once, he took care of everything, and no matter how many painters he saw who were experts in their field, I heard words that made me happy as well, "it was an excellent workmanship, there are no such masters anymore".. in short, as I said at the beginning, although Toyota is called by its name, the sales master is one of the best at doing his job. Aside from just doing his job well, his communication, solution-oriented approach, confident behavior and the economic picture I encountered at the end of the job made me very satisfied. thank you to him, his team and all the supporters..
