There is free Wi-Fi, but only for people with a Belarusian phone number. In the suburban hall there are only train tickets, bread, and a buffet. All purchases and payments for services can be made with bank cards. Among the disadvantages: clean, paid and uncomfortable toilet, lack of round-the-clock currency exchange.

I got the feeling that the station was created not for people, but against them. First, to get to the waiting room, you need to take your suitcases up to the 2nd floor by a huge staircase! There is no elevator there! At 10 p.m., you are politely kicked out of there. You can wait for the train after this time at the ticket office among the creepy contingent! Going to the toilet at the train station after 22 o'clock is an impossible dream! It's closed!!! There are a lot of tunnels at the station and it is unclear where the crossings go. For those who come to this train station for the first time, all this turns into a not very funny quest. The storage rooms are located on the ground floor, which can be accessed with suitcases again only by stairs, since there is a descent on the stairs from the entrance through the station square. But then you will still need to climb the stairs inside. This is a nightmare! The toilet was found with difficulty, there are cabins in it, like in kindergarten, I was shocked, to put it mildly, the door is waist-deep in the cabin!!! In general, this train station is a masterpiece of inconvenience!
