The question has long been raised with the construction of a new railway station with modern infrastructure, a normal waiting room, modern digital services for passengers, rest rooms with normal conditions for transit passengers with affordable prices, convenient platforms for boarding and disembarking passengers, transitions between tracks, and now to get to the 2nd way you have to go through the vestibule of a standing on the 1st track of the train. The city is growing, and with it the passenger turnover, because no matter how you look at it, our city is the largest in Western Kazakhstan, the largest hub station. The existing railway station has not met modern requirements for a long time.

There is a waiting room on the first and second floors, as well as a hotel, several grocery stores and hotels near the train station.There is also a bus station nearby. There is a hotel in the railway station on the right at the top, but it is not a hotel, but a hostel, it is dirty, they have not done repairs for a long time, the wallpaper is torn, the bathroom is very cramped,the standard is 2000 tenge, but you have to pay for the shower,washing separately.
Near the railway stations, where Anwar shops at home and to the right of the station apartments are also not worth taking, there is also a mess, dirty, cockroaches, there is no repair, but it is expensive, it is not even worth taking half the price.

The worst train station I've ever seen in my life! My train was delayed. I'm a smoker! And what does it feel like for a smoker not to smoke for more than 3 hours! Naturally, upon arrival, I lit a cigarette on peron! After smoking for a long time I was looking for an urn where to throw the cigarette butt! I didn't find it. She crossed to the other side of the station and lit another cigarette while waiting for a taxi. There are no urns in the area again! I had to throw away the cigarette butt technically! I just got into a taxi.... A patrolman stops me and fines me. I said: show me at least one urn from the side of Peron and from the side of the city! There is not a single urn! I was tired from the road and wanted to go home to rest, so I didn't get in touch! I paid a fine in the amount of 9,300 tenge! The station has money for cameras and their maintenance, but there is NO money for bins! And anyway! This is a specially rigged move! Bend the fines! The urns may have been there once.... But they were removed! When leaving the station parking lot, I counted as many as 6 urns on the street opposite, on a small piece of street! The train station is dirty. There are no urns. There's not even a piece of paper to throw away! Beware of passengers arriving in Aktobe by train! You are being watched by cameras and vigilant police officers who knock off fines from you!!!
