I do not recommend it! At first, they rudely replied that they did not make any changes to the tickets on the phone. Then they reply to emails that mine was supposedly empty without text. When trying to dial in, either reset or transfer to the employee and reset. If there was a chance to pay for tickets to Russia directly to Aeroflot, I would never have contacted such intermediaries in my life....
