The organization is great! We were looking for a transfer, we found it, and we didn't miss it. A questionnaire was filled out on the website, and after a while a reply message was received on WhatsApp in the chat.
We were sympathetic to the fact that our flight was delayed. We arrived, and Leon, the driver, picked us up from Sochi airport and took us to the right address in Gagra.
