I ordered the goods, the seller delivers through them. The message delivery arrived on 22.08 from 9 to 18:00, the courier number was sent. Everything seems to be fine, but 18:48(!!!!), but there is no courier... I contacted the seller. He says, "neither you nor I can do anything. Just wait." I call the courier, no one picks up the phone ... after 20 minutes I call again - ignore. Neither the courier nor the company called, warned that the delivery was delayed, or it would not be at all!!!
It is impossible to get through to the DPD - artificial intelligence. I contacted a support girl via chat. I received an apology, but I did not hear a clear explanation why this courier did not do his job. Now I have to wait for my order for another 4 days. Thank you for your "good" work👍🏻

We bought a tandoor as a gift. We ordered express delivery on the next day (Saturday) and paid double for delivery, the main thing is that it was delivered on time. The delivery organization was not chosen by us, but by the tandoor seller. as a result, on Saturday they called us back and said that the delivery would be on the next day from 9 to 12. (and we are already going without a gift for others, there is no time to choose and look for a new gift) with a scandal, they agreed to expect delivery on the next day. (it is worth noting that thanks to the seller of tandoor, the delivery cost us free of charge). On Sunday, we sat in expectation for half a day to find out at one o'clock that the delivery would be 2 p.m., all my indignation had to be listened to by the driver, who was not at all in business (he was also called to work that day) and the call center does not work, as it turned out on Sundays. Why take an order if you do not fulfill it on time, why plan such long deliveries for one driver if he physically does not have time to deliver at the appointed time.
The longest delivery I've ever seen in my life. They have not been able to deliver in Minsk for almost a week. The delivery date is always postponed to the next day. I will never contact this company for anything in my life.

The order was picked up on 03/27/2024 from Novogrudok (which in general there are no complaints, since I was warned about it, but the same Autolight drives more often).
I was assured by phone that the cargo will be delivered within 3 working days after receipt (starting from 03/27/2024).
Perhaps it's his own fault that he did not double-check the deadlines on the site, trusted the information from an employee of the company and counted on the delivery of the cargo on 03/29/2024 (which, by the way, was reported to me on the hotline that day and this date was in his personal account).
It turned out that they do not have enough cars and they will not be able to deliver the cargo to me on 03/29/2024 and they say come pick it up from the warehouse yourself, and so that we recalculate the service as pickup, write us a letter on letterhead.
They postponed it to 04/01/2024, which they said both on the phone and in the office, blushed in front of clients, apologized, agreed with clients to wait.
The day came on 04/01/2024 - until 11:30 the delivery was on 04/01/2024 and they also spoke on 04/01/2024 by phone. At 12:00 I go to check the order - again the transfer to 04/02/2024.
I call the line to find out what is going on, the answer is something like this: "There are not enough cars. We can't deliver today, because delivery is being formed before 9:00." To my indignation that at 11:30 today's date was in the office and on the phone, the answer was probably a delay.
The moral is this, do not save 3 rubles, it is better to use the services of another carrier - you will lose fewer customers.

I have never encountered a more disgusting delivery organization. The systematic violation of delivery deadlines, the complete absence of any warnings about changes in deadlines, you have to independently call couriers to find out delays, the communication skills of individual couriers with customers are at an extremely low level.

We sent 3 parcels. Each one is paid separately, with the possibility of inspecting each and checking the completeness.
As a result, they gave 15 minutes for the ENTIRE inspection, the courier was rude and threatened to leave with non-delivery of parcels.
I highly recommend not to get involved.

There is no development of the service;
The problems are extremely slow, but they are being solved;
you can't reach the manager, but only the staff of the information center;
failure to meet deadlines, and especially when the diplomatic agents cannot pick up the cargo for several days and the customer is not informed about this in a timely manner;
no one in the company is responsible for anything, they just shift everything onto each other;
it is not always possible to reach the phone number 8 listed on the website, or it does not work.
I do NOT recommend DPD.

It's a terrible office! Cargo is lost even from Moscow, even from St. Petersburg, even from Minsk to Minsk. There is no alternative. It's been a long time, the car shop is only in Belarus, so we tolerate it. The brakes of the Soviet perestroika are being issued at the terminal. He will pass by 50 times and at least come up... Drivers don't care. If you have not delivered or picked up the cargo, you will receive a notification after closing the office - "the order has been canceled". Until you call, you will not swear, no one will move at all, figure out where what was not taken, to whom what was not shipped. The cargo from Moscow was supposed to arrive in Minsk, got lost in Almaty... In short, we are still tolerant, but we do not recommend it. There are no alternatives.

I'll be right there, be ready, otherwise I'm in a hurry." Or did I just come across them?
The worst of all the transport (courier) companies in Belarus. It's just terrible. I have the impression that the employees of this company work for food, because it is impossible to treat their work so irresponsibly. And now in detail: couriers in the Republic of Belarus constantly lie, coming up with reasons for non-delivery of cargo, explaining that the recipient himself refused to accept the cargo, changed the delivery address, time, etc., Drivers often work on substitution not on their route because of this, they work anyway, fulfilled the order or not, whatever... I made requests for the delivery of goods across the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, brought them myself to the terminal (1A Zaslonov Street) in Gomel, as a result, they made a transfer and sent part of the cargo to the Russian Federation for the Republic of Belarus, during the proceedings they accused me that I did it myself... I wrote a claim to the company (30 days are allocated for consideration of the claim!!!), they began to sort it out, admitted guilt, made an official response, the lawyer in response confused the whole essence of the answer and my claim (apparently also works for food ...), but I did not understand further. As a result, my cargo from the Russian Federation somewhere goes back to the Republic of Belarus... The company's logisticians in Minsk do not have information, you can get through to the leading specialist as to the minister, and it is probably impossible to get through to the head of the department or deputy of the company at all.... I can continue to list the disadvantages. Guys learn how to work, appreciate your customers, try to help or solve the problem, especially if it is your fault.
The company is just terrible. We've been working with her for a long time, since we can't work with another one. We ordered the shipment of cargo from Minsk to St. Petersburg without a crate. The whole cargo came beaten up, it feels like they were kicking it there, throwing it and doing all possible actions with it. The cargo arrived completely damaged. At the moment, we have ordered a cargo with fast delivery and with a crate. And what do you think? The transport company made a regular one out of fast delivery. Since they have a crate made for 2 days, so also plus delivery. So it also turned out that the cargo was divided into several crates. And part of it is located in Moscow, and part is still in Minsk. How is this possible?
An extremely bad company as a partner!!! There are few questions for courier drivers, but then it's not serious at all. The staff does not read the primary documents and does not execute requests, does not specify various points (goods get stuck at terminals), does not inform about any delays in shipments (neither the sender nor the recipient). When the company receives an order from the customer in the amount of 7000 euros, a top manager calls and offers long-term cooperation with all sorts of buns and congratulations on holidays, but if you ask the top how they get everything through the ass (with specific questions), he answers, they say I understand everything but I can't do anything.... To my great regret, I sometimes have to turn to this rotten stuff because in one area of their activity they provide a very good price. It is for this that our "hero" DPD received at least some kind of star¡¡¡
If you want to make and pick up an order through this company, you will be a participant in the quest,, try to pick up,,. You may call the support service once out of a hundred, but you will not hear the answer, but only the continuation of the quest. I won't be here again, that's for sure. 😂
A good parcel delivery company, both in Belarus and in the CIS countries. In the office itself, everything will be explained and told in an accessible way. In the warehouse where the shipments are delivered, it's already a little worse, they don't really explain where to put what, but you put everything yourself, maybe I was just so lucky. There is no such relationship in any delivery service! The address is indicated, please drive to the address and call! I sat in the kitchen near the window looking for this delivery. And he didn't even get to the address. Write to the presidential commission for this company and let them figure it out.
I sent the cargo on 16.02 to St. Petersburg. The delivery time was announced 4-5 days in advance. In fact, on 27.02 the shipment was delivered to St. Petersburg at its destination.
The service, the staff are all good. They are conveniently located. Minus: delivery in the republic is not always on the day when the application is made.
I put two only for the efforts of one employee who tried her best to help fix all the flaws of this organization. Instead of the stated 1-2 days of delivery, 7 ended up. There is no road to the warehouse office. There is garbage all around the territory, polyethylene flying around, lying boards with nails, broken pallets. The pigsty. Dripping from the roofs by the scruff of the neck. There is a strong impression that this organization urgently needs maximum earnings at minimum cost.
